Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a quiet, gated Las Vegas community — 15 minutes from the Strip and 10 minutes from the airport. Security patrolled, clean, and convenient, with everything nearby for day-to-day living.
The home is fully equipped — 83" Smart TV, BBQ, covered patio, dedicated workspace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, HVAC throughout, and plenty of parking. Set up for families and groups who want a comfortable, low-key base without sacrificing access to everything Las Vegas has to offer.
Las Vegas puts an incredible range of day trips within easy reach. Within 3 hours: Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon, and Death Valley. Push a little further and Southern California opens up — beaches, Joshua Tree, and more. A great base for mixing city time with outdoor adventure.

great vacation

house was very clean and well furnished. Location was very convenient and the neighborhood felt safe and secure. We would defiantly stay here again. The owner was very easy to contact and work with.

Very impressed!

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The house was beautiful and Frank was very helpful bu answering all our questions. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels and covers for a family of 6. Thank you for the snacks provided upon arrival. This home was by far the most comfortable place for a vacation.

Perfect for us! Close to everything we needed.

Frank has a quite clean small 4 bedroom house that is perfect for our coaching staff. We come to Vegas coach, watch games then hang out and sleep at the house. Thanks Frank! Ken

Nice Quiet Spot

We had a group of 6 adults and this property worked just fine for us. We all had a place to sleep, a table we could all eat at and the neighborhood was quiet. It was easy to get back and forth to the Strip. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We loved staying at the property. Everything we needed was generously thought of and provided, including snacks and kitchen staples. Exceptional Family Vacation Stay

Plenty of room for our family of 6, including 2 adult children and two 16 year olds. Spent each night out on the covered patio enjoying family conversations and beautiful weather after full days of site-seeing. Clean, well kept, and room around the dining table. Great gated location with access to attached garage. Attention to guests comfort is evident. Enjoyed our stay. Directions and advice offered by owners was superb. Our family slept great - beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was stocked with snacks and water ready for us. Which was an excellent surprise. Many great family memories made during the stay. We requested a cooler for our day trips which was supplied and appreciated.

Condition and location

We found the property clean and the location just right. The house is near many retail stores which helped with gathering any needed supplies. The airport, strip and other attractions are not far either. Easy community to walk in. Owners are very available for questions etc. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Family Place to Stay!!!

There was great communication by the owner on arrival, stay, and departure information. Upon arrival the place was easily accessible by the instructions. The house was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. As described the owner, this place is perfect if you are a family and not intent on focusing on the strip and intend to do other sightseeing things. It is very close to the strip and an easy drive. There are lots of stores close by to get "supplies". I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families. It is very kid friendly.

Exactly as pictured

We highly recommend this house and will stay here again! The house was exactly as shown. The beds were very comfy and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were dark and it was perfect for sleeping! There was 6 of us (all adults) and we fit comfortably. We had a broken shower head in the guest bathroom and it was fixed that day when I called. Again, we highly recommend this place!!

Perfect home for a family!!!!

This home was very spacious for my family of 6. We stayed here during our week long vacation and didn’t miss any comforts of home. Had everything I needed to make my breakfast and dinners, especially my coffee. Owner was very accommodating and answers all my questions within a timely manner. Great communication and never questioned my next step. Owner was always one step ahead with all the information that I needed for the home. Home had everything that I needed and even some extras. We forgot shampoo and there was some already in shower. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bunk beds were awesome for my two 10yr olds!! They had a blast. Overall just a great experience!! Loved it Will definitely come back to this owner as my family is already planning our “next” vacation. Too much too see and apparently a week of walking 10hr days is not enough for them! Thank you so much for the great “home” experience. My family loved every minute and that makes mom happy.
