Originally built in 1949, this beach cottage has been totally renovated and updated in 2021. This bungalow features a completely separate bedroom ands has a full kitchen and dining living area. There is also an outdoor private patio area with a charcoal grill. Walk to the beach in seconds and the Siesta Village is only .4 miles from this cottage. Here there are restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The perfect place to stay and take advantage of everything Sarasota and Florida has to offer.

Perfect location near beach and restaurants. Layout of cottage is perfect for one or 2 people. Quiet. Comfy bed and pillows. No steps in case you’re a senior citizen.I’ve asked for a grab bar in shower for the next time I drive down to stay there.Has everything you’d need for a pleasant stay.

I had a 5 star experience at this property. The cottage was exactly as advertised and is perfect for 2 people who want to be close to the beach but avoid a hotel and their resort fees. Price per night is extremely fair for what you are getting. Totally renovated with modern furnishings and appliances. Perfect location in a high end residential area with a short walk to beach access #10, which is a highly desirable area of Siesta Key beach. Comes with a beach wagon, umbrella, 2 chairs and even a cooler for super convenience. The hosts are very responsive and communicated well with me. I would choose this accommodation again in a NY minute and do plan to return in the future.

This place was amazing for the two of us. Had everything you needed and more, even provided us with beach supplies and extras you don’t think of! We were SO close to a beach access and not to mention this access had much less traffic and crowds than the main public beach access. Plus bonus points for this access also having a trolley stop at it, made travel so easy around Siesta Key. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. The unit is in a great location and it’s clean, cute, quiet, comfortable and stocked with amenities. Communication and instructions were simple and concise and they were able to accommodate a request we made. Couldn’t be happier.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying in this very clean and cute cottage! The hosts are very nice with great communicaton! Everything that we needed was provided. It is a perfect location for walking to the beach and the village. Thank you Gary and Stacey, we will be back!

Very nice cottage in a great location. We rented bikes and rarely used the car. Convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas were a nice plus. Would definitely stay again if we return to Siesta Key.

Super Quaint and Super Quiet

We stayed for four nights and found this charming cottage to be just the perfect distance to the beach and to the little downtown area—away from all the noise! Will stay again.

This cottage was perfect! Very clean and a short walk to the beach. A bonus for us was that a beach wagon, umbrellas, towels & chairs were provided. The outside shower was great for a quick rinse off from the beach. We will definitely be back!!!!

Perfect spot near the best beach

This small house was a perfect getaway spot one block from a beach access and a 15 minute walk from plenty of dining options. Property was clean and well taken care of!

So you’re thinking of booking a trip to Siesta Keys, huh? Want to find a place to stay? Honeymoon? Business trip? Traveling once a year with your weird friend? LOOK NO FURTHER. This house- perfect. Proximity to the beach- amazing. Homeowner- would run into the house for you if it were on fire. Found this place for me and my boy to stay on a little celebratory vacay; really needed some down time after our big adventure last year to the Big Easy, ya know? Anyways got here and instantly fell in love. Stove top was perfect for slinging eggs and maple sausage each morning. Having the beach gear available made our fun in the sun absolutely electric but safe from those hot rays with our beach umbrella. My boy especially enjoyed the walk in shower, pretty messed up from a bad slip and fall a few years ago in our terrible hotel so this was really easy for him. AND IN THE LIVING ROOM IS A FIRE TV WITH SO MANY CHANNEL OPTIONS; you’ll really only need one though. The cherry on top was the patio out back with evening seating looking out 6 ft. ahead of us to unwind for the day. If you’ve read this far, literally run don’t walk to that booking page if you want to have any chance at the BEST beach vacation in history.

My wife and I escaped our seven kids for a much-needed getaway, and this place delivered all the comforts of home—minus the chaos. The host was excellent at communicating prior to arrival and even left flowers and balloons, which was a very thoughtful touch. The cottage was clean, cozy, well maintained, and in a fantastic location. It was cleaner and more welcoming than some of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The only minor downside was the hot water not getting as hot as I prefer. Overall, an amazing stay—10/10 would absolutely recommend.
