OCEAN VIEW - The condominium is located on the ground floor in Building 10 (one of the closest units to the beach in Building 10), directly opposite Kamaole III Beach (one of Maui's most famous sandy beaches), this condo is ideally situated for swimming, sensational snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (winter months), miles of golden sand beaches for strolling, and outstanding sunset views.

Enjoy the views of the ocean from your Lanai. This unit also has a direct view of the fountain located on the property grounds and a large landscape area (green belt) directly outside the unit for outdoor activities or just enjoying the cool ocean breezes.

The facilities include two Jacuzzis, a large Pool with lounge chairs/recliners, children's Pool area, a wading Pool, four regulation Tennis Courts, eight double Gas Grills (BBQ), poolside restaurant and an Activity Center onsite. The resort has professional management and support staff onsite.

This updated unit is fully self-contained with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, complete kitchen facility, en suite washer and dryer, and large comfortable Lanai with lounge furniture.

You are walking distance to shopping, fine dining, and a short distance to the Wailea golf courses.

Location unbeatable. Condo needs some TLC but that is reflected in the price. No beach toys so we rented some for the week from the pool which had excellent service. Overall it was comfortable and happy to have stayed there.

The adjacent unit had a water leak that caused damage to our unit. Those issues have been rectified as of June 1, 2026. A former guest also cracked the stove, that has already been replaced as well. As far as beach toys, the unit has chairs, coolers, and a myriad of children's stuff. Not sure what the reference is to. If the unit lacks something standard, guests should notify the owner, and the problem will be rectified. Pricing on the unit is far less than similarly located units. With massive upgrades pricing will increase dramatically.

This place was great and Misty could not have been sweeter! Hotel-like check in was easy. Great amenities and perfect for kids. The park and beach are right across the street, walking distance to coffee, shops, and restaurants, the pool was awesome, the lawn was fun for running around, sunset views, and pickleball courts were fairly close to the room. Would love to come back!

This is our second stay at Kamaole Sands and our first in this unit. The view from the lanai was wonderful and we love how close we were to the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach. Having all the beach chairs and gear provided was such a bonus. The AC was a little noisy, but it actually worked in our favor by drowning out any other sounds. We loved the spacious lanai and enjoyed our morning coffee out there every day while watching whales, which was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property itself is good. Resort is amazing with well maintained grounds, pool, gameroom and gym. Kids loved the pool and the beach across the street.The only issue we had was that the property was not clean. The floor was sticky and filthy. Our feet were turning black by walking a few minutes in the condo. Same for walls. We stayed in threee condos in our Hawaii trip. This, unfortunately, was the only one that we had to spend the first fee hours cleaning the floor, walls, disheds, coffee machine, cooler (which had a missing handle). Beach chairs are in poor condition. When checking un, resort tolf us to contact the owner if we had issues with the condo as they do not have access.When I reported the unclean state of the condo to owner, they said to file a complaint with front desk. As a customer I shouldn't have to "fight" for a clean place. Ended up cleaning ourselves and left a review to front desk on checkout. Again This is too bad 'cuz it's a great spot with a large lanai and amazing sunsets!

The front desk is responsible for the cleanliness of the unit and contacting them would have resulted in them immediately coming over and recleaning the unit. There is no chance they would have said contact the owner about the cleanliness.

First time at Maui

This stay was so great. It had some great places for shopping and eating that were walking distance. The accommodations were great, I wish we had stayed longer to be able to enjoy some more of them.

Wonderful beach for snorkeling a few steps away

Great access to beach, lots of turtles and fish to snorkel with! Some activities at the property like hula dance on Wednesday and Whale talks on Friday. Lots of good places to eat and hike.Property was well stocked, clean and spacious!

Great stay !

Enjoyed our stay in this unit at Kamaole Sands. Access to the beach and pool were easy, as well as the lawn out front for the kids to play on. The unit was comfortable with everything needed to have an enjoyable Hawaiian vacation.

Paradise

This was our third time staying in the same condo. The view from lanai is beautiful. We loved waking up early to enjoy coffee while taking in the stunning ocean view. The location is perfect - close to everything you need. Be sure to catch the sunset every evening; it’s absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful vacation!

This place is very conveniently located across from Kamaole 3 which is a great breach to catch some sun and waves. Easy access to the walking path where we saw a turtle resting our first day. Great amenities including a well stocked kitchen and newer beach chairs. The large lanai was great for breakfast or an evening drink. Its within easy walking distance to many great restaurants.

This property is beautiful. Very well kept grounds, pool was great, gym was small but very clean and provided exactly what we needed. Location was great, right across the street from beautiful beaches. We will 100% come back.

Great Location!

Great location in Kamaole Sands with a view of the ocean from the lanai. I'm sure we spent more daylight hours sitting on the lanai than inside! Kam 3 beach is right across the road and all of the Kihei / Wailea beaches are only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and size!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The location can’t be beat and the lanai was perfect for accommodating our family of 5. We spent tons of time enjoying the breeze on the lanai while our kids played on the lawn. The condo was a great size and well equipped with comfortable beds and other nice amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

The posting is accurate. Location of unit is very convenient access to beach and also the assigned parking spot is right by the unit and entrance/exit gate. Watching sunsets from the Lanai is so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

Property was nice and well kept. Condo is in need of an update and cleanliness could be better, otherwise well equipped and met our needs.

The front desk is in charge of cleaning the condo. The condo has been updated over the years. If we update it completely than we would be forced to raise the rates by 50% given the prime location. We offer one of the lowest price units in the complex given the location.

Spacious and Great Lanai

Great value for the location. Some issues with people parking in our designated spot and maintenance walking in while we were there, BUT, that is more on the property management, than the unit itself. They did deal with the parking issues fairly swiftly. Would definitely stay here again!
