Aloha! Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate both the positive comments and the areas you felt could be improved. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the ocean view, the landscaping, and your mornings on the lanai, and that our team was able to respond quickly to your concerns during your stay. We also appreciate you pointing out the condition of some of the kitchen items and parts of the condo that felt worn or outdated. Your feedback is very helpful and has already been shared with our team as we continue making improvements to the unit. We’re glad we were able to provide a new ceramic pan set right away, and we completely understand your preference not to have maintenance enter during your stay. Thank you again for your honest review. We’re always working to improve the guest experience, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we can do better. We hope you still made some wonderful memories during your time here and appreciate the opportunity to host you.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you found the condo clean, comfortable, and that you enjoyed the bed, beach chairs, towels, and BBQ area. We’re also glad to know the kitchen had everything you needed for your stay. We truly appreciate your suggestions about the beach umbrella and grill pan for fish and vegetables — we’ll definitely look into those to enhance the guest experience. As for the dishwasher, we’ve taken note of your feedback, and we’re currently planning upgrades to ensure that everything is in top shape for future guests. We’ll also address the sliding screen on the lanai as we want to ensure no birds are a concern moving forward. Thanks again for your kind recommendation. We value your input and will make every effort to improve these small details for future stays. We hope to welcome you back soon! Mahalo, Romvari Rentals
