Overlooking the Adriatic Sea the two bed room home is only few steps away from Dubrovnik’s Old Town, popular Banje Beach, Cable car,shops and restaurants offering stunning view to the city walls, fortifications, stone bridge, old port, seafront and Lokrum island.
With over 250 sunny days per year and a stunning setting on the Adriatic Sea, Dubrovnik is a top destination for anyone who loves to watch the sun drop below the horizon amidst a meditative play of oranges and magentas.
The space
The Comfortable two bedroom home, with 110 sq meters /1200 sq ft area is a part of the 200 years old privately own house recently renewed and it has attributes of cultural monument proclaimed by the state conservation authorities.
It includes dining and living room space, two bedrooms WITH 2 KING SIZE BEDS each with en suite bathroom (shower&bath tube) + ROLL AWAY SINGLE BED ON REQUEST- (not on photos) and fully equipped kitchen.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable holidays, including free wireless internet access, air condition units, smart LED TVs, Free to Watch Sat programs, dishwasher, laundry machine, ironing facilities, free toiletries, cleaning products and more.
This home is ideal for 4 persons, family or friends.

If you decide to come and visit Croatia, I’ll be more than glad to help you organize your time and suggest where to go and what to see. And, of course, what to eat – Dalmatian food is yummy.
To inform all parties, just to be on safe side, recently I became fully vaccinated against Covid19.
