We were two couples staying in October 2026. Mia Casa was easy to find and communication was excellent, Vanja was extremely responsive. We paid extra for early check in which was so worthwhile on a rainy morning. She also helped us arrange transfers. The place was clean and comfortable and very well located .

Very tight quarters. Very noisy all night due to people in the street. One shower did not function. Well situated in the Old Town.

Excellent location. For about $20 the owner could drastically improve the experience by simply swapping out all the blue fluorescent hospital light bulbs with the normal soft yellow bulbs that match the charming old world decor

You can't get a better location than this apartment. On a quiet side street right in Dubrovnik's Old Town, you are never more than 7-8 minutes away from any sights. The apartment is wonderfully old and funky, but it is appointed with all modern features. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Our stay in Dubrovnik was fantastic! Mia Casa was the perfect setting as it combined modern conveniences with true historic ties to Dubrovnik's past. We loved the location as it provided easy access to all part of Old Town. Our hosts were awesome and made every step simple; booking to check-in to check-out. They were also incredibly helpful. My wife fainted on the Town Wall walk, and the fall left her bruised and two teeth damaged. Our host was able to connect us with a dentist they knew and we were able to get dental care on a Sunday afternoon! Saying our hosts went over and above is truly an understatement, but I believe is indicative of the commitment they have to Mia Casa and their guests. We are forever grateful.

Great place to stay in Old Town. Very comfortable and so close to everything! I am 6'4" and still managed to fit easily in to the showers. Will definitely stay again if we're back in Dubrovnik!

Great location and perfect for 2 people!

My mother and mother in law stayed here during our time in Dubrovnik. The place has 2 rooms and separate bathrooms, which was perfect for each to have their own space. It was an amazing spot and incredibly well located!

Spectacular location and comfortable!

The apartment was clean, beautiful and incredibly well located. Rented it for my mother and mother in law, so they could be close to our hotel. House manager was kind and responsive! We are grateful for our stay.

Old Town Dubrovnik

Wonderful location in the middle of Old Town which allows you to fully explore all the many sights around you. The apartment is full of history and features unique items at every turn.

Mia Casa was perfect for our stay with two couples. The apartment was convenient to the Pile gate with a short walk (and no stairs- a huge plus on the old town) to the apartment. The location was a short walk to the Main Street and walls entrance- and everywhere else as well! Our hostess arranged for a pickup at the airport and then met us to walk to the location. Very helpful since we were not yet familiar with the town! We were also able to arrange for early access based on our arrival time for a very reasonable charge. We appreciated that after our long flight. The apartment was spacious. Full kitchen and refrigerator, lovely living room and full bath on first floor. Two large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms on second floor. It was a beautiful blend of old and new- stone sinks and marble accents retained on each level while offering modern conveniences in the kitchen and bath.Highly recommend for a stay in old town Dubrovnik !

Great stay

Very easy to negotiate from airport to apartment. A drop off at pile gate and an easy walk with suit case to the door. There were nice places to eat in the immediate neighborhood recommended by the host. In all a lovely experience.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious property. It was quiet, cool and peaceful. So close to everything and we got to explore the Old town easily from Mia Casa. Vanja was terrific to deal with & helped with lots of helpful tips. Would highly recommend
