Welcome to the Emerald Coast! This beautifully decorated one bedroom unit is perfect for couples looking for a cozy beach get away or a small family searching for an all encompassing beach resort! This unit is on the bottom floor and is steps from the sugar white sand. Complimentary beach service is included in this rental (two chairs and an umbrella are set up at the beach (March 1st -October 31). Grab your towel and head to the beach! Surfside Resort features many amenities including two hot tubs, heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, barbecue grills with picnic areas, high speed internet, Royal Palm Grille restaurant, Beach Bar, fitness room, courtesy patrol, covered parking, Surfside Spa, and Rogue & Pure Co. salon. There is also a sky-walk bridge that connects you from the pool deck directly to the beach for added convenience.

This unit has a king size bed in the main bedroom with a full size bathroom that includes a tile shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra accommodations. This unit can sleep up to four people. Both the bedroom and the living room offer 55" smart tv's. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and there is a full size refrigerator with ice maker. This unit is located on the bottom floor and has a spacious outdoor patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There are coin operated washer and dryers across the hall from the condo.

Surfside Resort is one of the best beach resorts in the area. With all of the amenities included you do not need to leave the resort! Exceptional food, expansive pool deck, relaxing spa, outdoor sports deck, emerald green waters of the Gulf....what more do you need? Book today you won't be sorry you did!

In lieu of a damage deposit. a $59.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00 in damages. The fee will show up on the payment pages as an admin. fee.

Despite a few issues this place was ok. Katherine was nice to let us check in early. It is very close to beach and beach chairs and umbrella were plus. Only thing I did not like is that they don’t provide you with basic amenities. They had half roll of toilet paper for 3 people staying. This place is very small just enough for 2 people. Kitchen chairs were in the way if you need to open fridge or access kitchen. If you are planning to cook small meals please take everything from home this place does not even have salt and pepper not even coffee pods and sugar. I would give 3 star.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, and that you appreciated the early check-in. Those are some of the features we’re happy to provide to help our guests enjoy their stay. I’m sorry, however, that the condo did not meet your expectations in a few areas. I do want to clarify that prior to arrival, all guests receive a detailed check-in email outlining important information about the property, including our Startup Necessities policy. The email specifically states: “We have provided you with a startup set of necessities (bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing packs). If further supplies are needed, it is up to the guest to provide them.” This information is provided in advance so guests have an opportunity to plan accordingly based on the length of their stay and their individual needs. We do not advertise the condo as being stocked with ongoing supplies or a full pantry of cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, coffee, or sugar. The condo is also a one-bedroom unit, and its size and layout are reflected in the listing description and photos. We certainly understand that a smaller one-bedroom space may not be ideal for every guest, particularly for those who prefer more room or plan to do extensive cooking during their stay.

Miramar Beach Vacation

Need a smaller coffee table and smaller barstools. Barstools were very heavy to move out of the way. We did have a great time.

The property is located in a great spot with excellent access to the beach! The condo is clean and comfy. We had a great time and the owner had great communication

Great beach spot!!

We had never stayed at Surfside before but we loved it! The condo was very clean and check in was a breeze. Katherine was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant on property was super convenient and yummy. The pool was amazing and the skybridge was a cool way to get to the beach. We will be back in the summer to visit and we will definitely stay in G18 again! Thanks for an awesome vacation!
