Nestled in the charming Las Joyas community, this waterfront home features picturesque views of Laguna Madre Bay from the porch, living area, and main bedroom. This snowbird-friendly getaway offers a covered porch with a cushioned sitting area. The sparkling kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, while the living area is the perfect place to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and the primary bedroom even has its own bay-view balcony. Spend days lounging by the shared pool and hot tub. Added amenities of this gated community include a playground, palapa, and pier. Please note that because of the tides, swimming is not permitted in the bay. Miles of gorgeous coastline can be found just over 5 miles from home!

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
