LIVING AREA

Detailed with vaulted ceilings and picture windows, the welcoming living area has a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sunlit kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space and cookware.

Gather for meals at the four-person kitchen island.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower.

An additional bedroom has a full-size bed.

A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Make use of the gas grill and dine alfresco on the deck in the fresh alpine air.

Fantastic cozy and rusty cabin

First of all, there are FOUR bedrooms, the listing is incorrect and Vacasa (the property management company) seems hesitant to change it. Admittedly one of the beds is a twin, but the rest are at least full size.Aside from that weirdness, the property itself is excellent. Impeccably clean throughout.Driveway was sufficiently plowed - 4WD needed of course because winter.Kitchen was adequately stocked and all appliances worked.Shower (only one, adjust accordingly) was predictable with fast hot water and no smell.The location was a real selling point, 5 minute drive from Golden Compass Brewing and Breckenridge Distillery.Otherwise, make sure you save the checkout instructions when you first see them, they were difficult to find after the fact.Summed up, just bear with the administrative annoyance and it'll be a great rustic cabin for a mountain getaway.

Great value.

Great if you’re looking for a place to sleep 6-8 people…. Huge downside, please invest in a Roku, or some sort of streaming option. Every channel needed a subscription. Couldn’t cast anything to the tv. Also would love the owner to maybe buy a new pots and pan set off Amazon. No baking sheets in the house. Only mini muffin trays. Lovely place.

We loved the cabin. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. It was nice to relax by the fireplace after a long day of skiing. The location is convenient to get to Breckenridge ski resort.

Great place for ski vacation!

This was a great place to stay skiing with my 3 teenage kids. At some point the listing shows the upstairs bedrooms but they no longer show up…there are actually 4 bedrooms which makes it even more appealing! The house has a good layout, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, rooms for everyone and a fantastic shower. Had an excellent time and would definitely come back.

Good location, nice property, poor property management

This place has potential, if the owners parted ways with property management (Vacasa). We had several issues during our stay, including: Being provided with the wrong keypad information to enter the rental home; not once, but twice. This was a pain due to not having cell service and having to drive back into town to get ahold of Vacasa. It took an hour, with multiple calls, to actually get the correct keypad number and get into the rental home. The property management is not local or in state (the call showed their location is in the state of Oregon). The dishwasher started to blow out smoke (not steam) and the smoke had an electrical smell. I could not shut it off, even after pressing cancel and opening the door, and it continued this way until it ran through a whole cycle. Thankfully, one of us was there to keep an eye on it in case it caught on fire. The smoke was bad enough that we had to open the windows to air out the house. We contacted Vacasa by text and also called their emergency number. They told us that we would hear back from the local maintenance person by that afternoon (Wednesday). We did not hear back from the local maintenance person (through Vacasa) until Saturday (3 days later). By then, we had already decided to hand wash the dishes - for about half of our 2 1/2 week stay. The cleanliness of the house was fair at best. There was a little blood on the wall next to the toilet paper. The laminate/stone floors were dirty- we don’t wear shoes in the house and our feet quickly showed the uncleanliness of the floors. There were no instructions on garbage disposal, as the bear proof garbage can was chained to a tree. One night, something knocked it over. At this point, we had enough of being run around by the management company, so we just let it be. Luckily, nothing got into the garbage. The good things about this place were- quiet, wooded area -lots of space and beds -we saw a cow moose with her 2 calves just outside the backdoor

Nice mountainside cabin

Place was a great size and pretty close to downtown breckenridge - definitely need to drive if you are going out for a night. Nice and quiet and cozy with good beds and a full kitchen with good appliances!
