Cute and cozy condo nestled in the pines! This clean, updated one-bedroom condo has an open floor plan with 3 separate beds, electric fireplace and private deck overlooking lodgepole pines with gas grill. Full kitchen. Two blocks from Peak 8 base + on free bus route. Downtown access via the free town bus, long walk or very short drive. Access Cucumber Gulch for hiking at the end of the street. Next door to Nordic center. Two unassigned parking spots. Retro ski vibes!
The space:
This cozy Breck condo is perfect for an individual, couple or small family. Three separate beds and two parking spaces are unique finds for a one bedroom. The space is fresh and open while the building provides classic ski condo charm.

• Outside ski locker.
• Living room with queen sleeper sofa, two side chairs, electric fireplace, coffee table and TV with cable
• Dining area with table and four chairs.
• Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal.
• Bedroom with king bed and lofted twin bed plus dresser.
• Bathroom with tub/shower combo and separate vanity area.
• Private deck with table/two chairs in a wooded setting. Private propane grill on deck.
• Shared laundry (coin op, coins provided) in adjacent building.
• Two unassigned outdoor parking spaces.
Ski Access:
• Peak 7 & 8 Ski Access: Walk (10 mins) or bus. There is a bus stop on Ski Hill Rd, just adjacent to Peak 8 Village and the condo building. Take one stop to the base of Peak 8 or two stops to the base of Peak 7. Free to ride. More information can be found at BreckFreeRide.
• To return to the unit: Take the bus from the bottom of Peak 8 (one stop) or Peak 7 (2 stops). Get off at Gold Camp.
• To town: From the unit complex, cross Ski Hill Rd to the bus stop on the corner of Ski Hill and 4 O'Clock Run Road
Parking Limit: 2 cars

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.

» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding the potential effects of high altitude.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
