Nestled in the heart of Vail Valley, this spacious 3BR/2.5BA house (plus loft) is located right on the stunning EagleVail Golf Club. Wake up and hit the fairways right outside your door. Or head to the slopes of world-class ski resorts -- Beaver Creek Resort and Vail Ski Resort are both within a quick drive. The house is also minutes from Avon Recreation Center, the beautiful Harry A. Nottingham Park, and an array of restaurants and shops in charming downtown Avon.

After a day of exploration, unwind in the main living area, complete with a sectional and wood-burning fireplace. In the evenings, make popcorn and host a movie night on the 42' flat-screen TV. Enjoy privacy in a tucked-away loft area, furnished with a comfy convertible futon bed and a 42' flat-screen TV. It's easy to whip up meals in a well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances -- including a roomy French-door fridge. In the mornings, enjoy breakfast at the three-person kitchen bar. A formal dining area with cushioned chairs has seating for four.

The spacious primary bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, and a laptop-friendly desk area. An en-suite bathroom features a convenient double vanity and a stylish tub/shower combination. A second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet, while a family-friendly third features a full-size bed and a separate twin-over-twin bunk bed. The house also has a half bath and a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

On warm days, bask in the sun on your private patio. Share breakfast around a six-person dining table. Later, mix a drink and lounge in one of the outdoor chairs by the fire pit. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

The Eagle County Transit pick-up is 1 block from your door; connect without a car easily and inexpensively and be whisked away to Vail (30 minutes) and Beaver Creek (under 15 minutes).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
