Blu Crab Sands is a dreamy Panama City Beach townhome tucked inside the family-friendly, gated community of Gulf Highlands Resort. No high-rises, elevators, or parking garages here — just relaxed coastal living and easy access to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf.
The Details:
Your stay includes a private golf cart for quick trips to the beach, resort pools, and the beachfront clubhouse. (Please note: one car per booking; contact host for additional parking options.)
Enjoy mulitple swimming pools—many heated seasonally—plus shuffleboard courts, playgrounds, pickleball, and mini golf throughout the resort. The beachfront clubhouse offers a bar and grill that even delivers right to your door, along with a Gulf-front pool and restrooms for convenience.
Behind the townhome, you’ll find a seasonally heated pool, with another just steps away. This home comfortably sleeps six guests, featuring a queen bed in each bedroom and an updated sleeper sofa in the living room.
Inside, you’ll have all the comforts of home: washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, two coffee makers (including a grinder for whole beans), blender, crockpot, grill, dishes, cookware, beach chairs, floats, toys, and even golf balls and putters for the resort’s courses.
A personal favorite spot is the private upstairs balcony off the main bedroom — the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and a good book while soaking up the coastal breeze.

End of the summer getaway
Had such a great time! Condo was as described. Loved using golf cart to get to the front of the neighborhood, then just a quick walk across the road and down public access to white sands and clear ocean. Enjoyed the beach house for evening snacks. Owner was quick in responding to any requests. Condo was perfect space ; clean; comfy! Thanks so much!

Great host great condo!
So clean, exactly as listed. Host very responsive. Golf cart was so convenient as condo is a bit of a walk to the beach. We will be coming back!

Wonderful stay
We decided to stay here so we wouldn’t have to worry about hotels and or condo stays with elevators and SO many people! It was GREAT and so peaceful! Miranda was very helpful with questions before and during our stay! We highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Vacay getaway
Me and Hubs and 2 boys were perfect in this Condo! The pool is right out your back door , and beach access with golf cart made it so easy. She had everything we needed beach chairs, Canopies, and coolers! We will stay again! Thank you for a very enjoyable family vacay!

Summer Kickoff
We had an amazing stay! Everything in Blue Crab Sands was as advertised. The townhouse was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. Pool was right out the back door and the beach was easily accessible. We really appreciated having the golf cart to use. We were close enough to everything to make our vacation a success. Very clean and had most necessities for a 5 day vacation.

A nice getaway
The property is well maintained. Both the condo we stayed in and surrounding areas. This was overall a good experience. Couple hiccups along the way but that was resolved and taken care of. We had a great time in Panama Beach City.

felt at home
This was a perfect stay for the two of us. The townhouse was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Everything was comfortable; bed couch chairs. It may not seem "sexy" but the dishwasher and washer/dryer worked better than any we have experienced. The location is ideal and the complex is safe and fun. Miranda is a joy to work with. We will use Miranda and her property as a benchmark for any future VRBO stay

Clean, quiet and functional
Loved this townhouse! Super easy to find. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Access to the golf cart is cool (although we didn’t use it). Very clean place! Super appreciative of the little ice machine in the kitchen. The property manager was also very quick to answer any and all questions. Would recommend to stay here.

Family Vacation
This was our second stay at gulf highlands. This condo had everything you needed. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys, pantry needs, the golf cart was a hit!!! Access to the pool in the backyard was a plus. They have putt-putt golf in the resort! The condo was CLEAN. I had a few questions once we arrived and Miranda texted back within minutes. This location is close to everything in Panama! Don’t hesitate book now, you won’t regret it!! Our family will be back next year!

Great place!
We love gulf highlands and have stayed in the complex three times now. This specific home was perfect and had everything we needed. One of the pools was literally in the back yard. Having a golf cart to drive to the beach access everyday or to different pools in the complex was super convenient. Everything was very clean and just like the photos. The owner was super responsive and I was able to text her and get immediate responses. It was my husband and I and our three girls and it slept everyone perfect. Perfect location also for anything you want to do. You can walk on front beach Rd. Or drive down Hutchinson And have access to anything. Gulf highlands will always be "our spot" we vacation at and you we've never once been disappointed and this time was no different. Thanks!

Spur of the moment beach trip
Was looking for a quick trip to PCB to connect with family from Chicago. Found the property, got a quick response, and got it booked just in time to make these trip happen. Everything from the first correspondence to the last, was great. No problems at all with this booking. Home was just as great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay in Panama City Beach
Super recommended condo in Panama City, near the beach, all what we were looking for. Miranda was always helpful and made our stay the best, we will come back for sure!
