Ten minutes from downtown TC, and walking distance to the Traverse City Commons - with shopping and restaurants in a converted asylum.Clean and comfortable, would stay here again.

Overall our stay was amazing! Place was clean and close walk to downtown. I would recommend planning better if you plan to cook because the kitchen is limited on resources. Great place to stay!

Great location and very charming. Seamless check in and nice amenities. It was very hot and the wildfire smoke was awful, but the air conditioning was on point!!

Rental was as advertised. Bed was comfortable; space was clean. Kitchen was skimpy. Two spoons, four plates, etc. Not really for cooking. Lots of noise from overhead. Stomping, child yelling, etc. Not sure if it was from another rental upstairs or residents. Other than the noise, it was a very nice place.

Such a cute and convenient place to stay! Just know that the main part of the house can be rented as well, so sometimes you will hear footsteps on the ceiling coming from the second floor. Despite the noise, it was a nice space for two people. I recommend!

I have come to northern Michigan many times to stay in the Glen Arbor area, but this was my first stay in Traverse City and my partner’s first time to the area. This house was a great stay for us! We loved the proximity to walk to downtown and the charm of the home. The hosts were great and very responsive when we reached out. We realized 2 hours into our drive home after checking out that an item was left behind and they got back to us very quickly, happy to get it returned to us. If you’re looking for an Up North adventure, this place is perfect.

Cute, spacious rental, right next to a free bus that takes you downtown. Also not too bad to walk to the downtown area. The parts I did not like about this rental are, the bedding, the door lock, and the lack of light blocking window covers. The sheets felt like cheap polyester, very uncomfortable. The window drapes, where present, do not block light. There are lights on right outside of the house at night and the whole bedroom is lit up with no way to block the light. Between the lights and the sheets I had a horrible time sleeping. The door lock with code was very finicky and caused frustration.

This is a cute little space in a great location! It was really cold, and there were 0 blankets available other than a thin quilt on the bed. There were also only two very flimsy pillows on the bed, and 0 extras. The decorative pillows were dirty and stained. The bed and couch were so uncomfortable, we left after the first night. Please please upgrade the comfortable surfaces in here, you could charge more. There's so much storage, add some blankets and pillows. Michigan is cold.

Charming historic house close to the historic shops in the renovated State Hospital as well as breweries and restaurants downtown. The host was very prompt and helpful with communicating.

Beautiful home in Traverse City

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, clean, well equiped. We loved being able to easily walk downtown for dinner and shopping. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent with communication. Will book again when we return to TC.
