Elegance in Downtown Traverse City

Brand new condo located right in the heart of beautiful downtown Traverse City. Walk to multiple restaurants, theaters, bars, stores and beaches. The condo is perfect for business, family or leisure guests. Our condo is a second floor unit, and requires a small climb up one and half flights of stairs.

Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

Just What We Needed

Loved staying at this condo. It was clean and had what we needed to hang out for 4 days. The location is convenient to everything and it is an easy walk downtown which was perfect to enjoy the New Year’s Eve Celebration.

Walkable & Convenient to Downtown

Comfort and Convenience

The property was in a prime location to walk anywhere for food or fun. From breakfast on the waterfront to driving across the Mackinac Bridge, I couldn’t have imagined a better “hub” for me to explore northern Michigan and the UP. Owners were very responsive with the couple of questions I had, and I would highly recommend for singles or couples.

Wonderful and Nice stay in Downtown TC

Amazing experience working with Michael. Everything was easy and as advertised and then some. I would highly recommend! It was a quick weekend with my daughter. The check in process, the locks, parking, location,and the amenities made everything so easy. I was able to focus on spending time with my daughter and not worrying about where we are staying. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo.

Traverse City Getaway

Awesome location. Hosts very responsive. We had some brief confusion on the WiFi name. We solved it , but Michael offered to physically come over if we wanted help. Wow. Nice.

Road trip to MI

Great stop over in Traverse City on the way to Mackinac Island! Great condo in perfect Location to visit surrounding sites like Sleeping Bear Dunes. Music, and great food near by! Very clean and comfortable!

Great Location

Great location, easy walk to bars and restaurants, didn't spend much time in the condo, excellent communication. May need to pay for parking in the garage next door because parking lot lacks enough spaces for the complex.

Very nice place in a great location. Everything was clean for the most part, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Also they need an extra TV in the bedroom. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location

The bed was extremely firm & uncomfortable. Everything else with this property was great. Aside from not sleeping well, this condo was clean & very well taken care of. The location was fantastic & we walked to almost everything which is exactly what we wanted. The building was quiet for a busy weekend so this was nice as well.

Very nice location…

The condo was very nice. We wish they had a TV in the bedroom, but besides that, it was fantastic!! There was a few patches on the walls that needed to be finished and a new doormat is needed. The current one is a tripping hazard. We would recommend anyone to stay here! Two thumbs up!!

Convenient, but challenging parking

Very clean place with responsive owners. Very convenient location and we easily walked to multiple attractions in and around the downtown area. Maybe it could use some sheer curtains in the living space, but not a big deal at all. Our only challenge was the very small parking lot (didn't feel like it had enough spaces to accommodate all the cars for the units) and the spots are small. Thanks again!

TC stay

This property is perfect for a TC stay. The property is well maintained, clean and parking is conveniently located. The host provided all the information we needed to access and enjoy the property and surrounding area. Popular downtown restaurants, bars and stores are all within walking distance. We would definitely request to book this property for future TC stays.

TC fabulous

My wife Dustine and I settled in the Traverse City area in 2005. Dustine is a native of Columbus, Ohio while I was raised in Sudbury, Ontario Canada. We have two boys, who love to enjoy all that this area provides. We are avid golfers, beach goers, skiers in the winter and are part of the Traverse City Curling Club! We never miss a chance to explore the dunes and all the other amazing spots we are surrounded by. We are excited to host guests at our growing rental business while we still operate our health care business in downtown Traverse City. It is my family's pleasure and honor to welcome all types of guests, from around the world.
