Elegance in Downtown Traverse City

Brand new condo located right in the heart of beautiful downtown Traverse City. Walk to multiple restaurants, theaters, bars, stores and beaches. The condo is perfect for business, family or leisure guests. Our condo is a second floor unit, and requires a small climb up one and half flights of stairs.

Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

Apartment was clean and had nice touches. Really enjoyed being able to stay in and cook when we had blizzard conditions outside. Even had 2 options for opening the wine bottles, nice! The condo maintenance team was amazing, repeatedly cleaning snow from the sidewalks and putting down salt.

Great location! Wow! So close to downtown and easy to get the wineries and anything we wanted to do. Perfect spot and space. This was a quick anniversary getaway and we were so pleased. The space is nice and there is lots of closet space and the kitchen worked well for our needs. Would definitely stay there again. Did I mention the great location? We could walk to anywhere downtown!

Great vacation stay

Perfect location with walking distance to everything. Clean modern condo with good space for the two of us. We stayed for a week and the only thing we missed was a dedicated parking space, but it worked out just fine.

Clean. Well furnished. Many thoughtful touches to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Maps and local menus very helpful. Needed instructions for HVAC controls. Parking was a challenge.

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The location was ideal as we could walk to everything. We only had one question upon arrival and Michael responded immediately. In all, an excellent place to stay when visiting Traverse City.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect! It was a 10 minute walk from the downtown strip and Clinch Park. It came with all of the amenities for a relaxing staycation. I would def return.

My wife Dustine and I settled in the Traverse City area in 2005. Dustine is a native of Columbus, Ohio while I was raised in Sudbury, Ontario Canada. We have two boys, who love to enjoy all that this area provides. We are avid golfers, beach goers, skiers in the winter and are part of the Traverse City Curling Club! We never miss a chance to explore the dunes and all the other amazing spots we are surrounded by. We are excited to host guests at our growing rental business while we still operate our health care business in downtown Traverse City. It is my family's pleasure and honor to welcome all types of guests, from around the world.
