Brand new!! Just finished the inside. The landscaping is still being finished. This wonderful property has a steam shower! Enjoy relaxing in a luxurious steam shower after a fun day . This property is centrally located. It is located 15 minutes from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 10 minutes from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, 13 minute from the mouth of Millcreek Canyon, 11 minutes to the mouth of Parley’s Canyon, and 20 minutes from Temple Square or Downtown Salt Lake City.

ski trip

Great location for skiing little cottonwood. Beds were very comfortable (nice mattress topper). The steam shower was easy to use, clean, and truly a post ski dream. The flooring in the hallway was pretty cracked but was covered with a sturdy rug - not an issue for our group with no mobility concerns. Updated kitchen had all our needs met though a previous guest put a hurting on the large frying pan. Some communication issues with the host but overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Need an extra towel or washcloth? Plenty there! Need to do some laundry? Quality washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Don’t want to have to run the dishwasher after every meal? Lots of dishes and even paper plates available. They really thought of everything! Thank you for a delightful place to stay.

Very charming and nice environment. Really liked the solitude. Very quiet and relaxing. Exceptional location. Host is very accomidiaing. Great space for me and my husband. Thankful for this booking.

State Fair Demolition Derby

The house was perfect for the family it was down the road from anything needed, we also were close to other family that lives in the area which was very nice and the drive to the fair was super easy. We really enjoyed your home and the neighbor hood was wo derful also hopefully if we come back for the fair next year stay again.. thank you very much

Great location, lovely home.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. Plenty of space for 5 adults, kitchen was well stocked, laundry facilities were a big help too. Plenty of bedroom space and loads of extra linens, paper products, etc. if needed. Beds were very comfortable, communication from hosts was good, steam shower was a nice bonus. Selection of stores and restaurants in the area is excellent. Only one small issue, though not against the house/host, just situational. Neighbor auto-started his truck (3 horn honks and a high engine rev) every weekday morning at 6am sharp—said truck was parked directly outside Main bedroom window, which was a very loud way to be woken up each morning.

Clean and well equipped

Appreciated the easy check in process, cleanliness, and well stocked house. The steam shower was amazing! Great perk. Getting to downtown SLC and also south to the IKEA and Loveland aquarium was a breeze either way.

Lovely home

Beautiful, very clean updated home! The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe! We had a wonderful stay while we were town visiting my daughter who graduated from the University of Utah. Short drive to SLC, Park City, Big Cottonwood Canyon, Park City and SLC airport! Would love to stay again the next time we're in town. Thanks so much Jeff!

Excellent stay

Perfect visit. Super clean interior. Plenty of space for 6 people to be comfortable and spread out. Great washer and dryer, large bath towels, nice showers/sauna. 10 minutes to mouth of both canyons and 25 minutes to Park City. See you again soon!

Super house with great location.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay for a ski trip. The unit is brand new and decorated beautifully. We loved the art. Great location in Midvale. Easy walking distance to shopping area. We loved the steam shower! The kitchen was stocked with all basics. We will be back!

Ski trip

Great location for access to Brighton/solitude. Plenty of room for 2 Dads and 2 sons. Easy check in/out instructions provided.

Great space

My son and I did a 4 day ski trip to Brighton and Solitude. House was 10 minute drive to a ski bus stop. Many good restaurants around the area. Great space to relax in after hitting the slopes.

Very modern, clean, comfy, and close to ski areas

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has very modern features and is extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable! My husband, son, and FIL went skiing every day and were very happy with the location of the house. We had a lot of fun relaxing on the couch in the evening and playing games. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit the SLC area!

Great base for ski trip

Jeff was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed for our 6 nights in SLC. The house is well furnished and centrally located- we were especially pleased with the fully equipped kitchen and steam shower. The beds were super comfortable too!

Comfortable stay and ideal location

The location was convenient near major freeways with stores and restaurants nearby. We also were pleased that there was a UTA park and ride down the street for days when we wanted to take TRAX light rail into downtown for a busy event. The house was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the steam shower. Stepping into that heavenly mist was a fantastic way to refresh after a day of exploring! Overall, we really enjoyed our week at this property and would stay again. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfy, and close to everything!

Myself, another mom, and our two teens stayed here for a long weekend to go back to school shopping and visit lagoon lagoon. As women with our kids (sans spouses), we felt very safe in the home/area. The beds were very comfortable, which is not always the case in hotels/VRBO's and it was sufficiently stocked with any/all of the things we needed (towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc.). The communication with the owner was fantastic, and the check in/out process was easy. We'd stay here again!

Great place

We loved our stay at this property. It was an excellent location for us to get to all of our family reunion activities. My kids loved staying in a bunk bed for the first time and they loved that there was a park walking distance away by the fire station. Hosts are easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend anyone staying on this property.

Great place to stay

We stayed here because my son had a archery competition. This day was very nice and the house was very clean. The location was close to everything.

Super CLEAN and well stocked house!

Hands down, the cleanest rental I have ever rented! Everything was clean and new and very well stocked! Extra towels, blankets, and a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in each shower. A coffee bar with coffee, hot chocolate, and creamer. Washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets. The house is close to everything. Tons of places to eat nearby and places to shop. Under 30 minutes to Solitude and Brighton to ski/snowboard. I would definitely stay again.
