Reservations include complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

A beautifully decorated coastal home in the heart of Seacrest beach! This perfect location in 30A is steps away from a 12,000 sq. foot lagoon pool and an easy walk or quick tram ride (May thru October) to the beach! The home offers an elegant and cozy feel that is perfect for families and friends to vacation together and experience everything 30A has to offer. Nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach, you can walk or bike to restaurants, boutiques, the farmers market, live music and more!

Views from the third floor balcony of the Gulf! This home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 beautifully designed bathrooms. It is fully equipped to host unforgettable memories for the whole family. The main floor is bright and open with a wonderful flow between the kitchen, dining, and living room. The home is complete with two covered patios and a 3rd floor living room adjacent to the outdoor built-in grill. This home has relaxation in mind!

Master Bedroom with King Bed, Walk-in closet, flat screen TV and Master bath.
2nd Bedroom with King Bed, Walk-in closet, flat screen TV and Full bath.

2nd Floor:
Custom Bunkroom with 4 built-in twin beds and twin trundle, Flat Screen TV, Full bath

24/7 Security with parking passes and pool bands! Guests can walk to the private beach for the Seacrest Community or take the Tram (open air golf carts) to the beach that run May-October. It is an easy walk!

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

5 Stars – Perfect for Two Families!

Our stay in Seacrest was absolutely perfect! This home was ideal for our two families—with 7 kids and 4 adults, we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy.The third story balcony with the outdoor grill created the best atmosphere for making memories together. We loved gathering there for meals and relaxing in the evenings.The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from Seacrest bike rentals, the beach, and the pool. Everything was so convenient and family-friendly.The management team was incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating with our timing. We truly appreciated their hospitality and communication.We would stay here again in a heartbeat—it was everything we hoped for and more!

Great location and house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Weekend visit

Even though we weren’t there long we really enjoyed our weekend visit. Was a very nice property in a nice area. Was just like what you see in the pictures. Walking distance to restaurant and shops. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful house

This was a wonderful house in a central location! We had 3 couples snd 3 teens and it was perfect! Our only complaint was the standalone ice maker did not work and there was not one in the fridge so we were constantly fulling trays or buying ice. But, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!

The house was lovely and in a perfect location. We were steps away from multiple restaurants, shops, and a Starbucks, which was a big bonus with 2 toddlers in tow. All of the neighboring beach communities were a 10 minute walk away or less. The community pools were easily accessible and they had a tram that runs on demand to take you to the beach (or a 5 minute walk away). As far as the house itself, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, and it had 2 outdoor spaces with comfortable lounge areas. We would definitely consider renting this house again for a future trip! Thanks, NewWave, for your hospitality and a great stay!

Perfection

After receiving a prompt message from the property manager at booking, I knew this would be a fabulous house. And it was perfect. Lots of room for the teens and kids to have their own space but also a large common area. Very clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling and watching baseball on tv. And the location was ideal- close to beach, shopping, and pool. Couldn’t recommend this property enough and eager to return!

Beautiful house

Property is as listed. Well maintained and a short walk across the street from the beach. Beds we’re comfortable and all was updated and fresh. The house is 3 stories with lots of stairs. The House is in Seacrest beach just beside Rosemary which you could walk to for lunch. We used the rental company for bikes and chairs and they were delivered right to the house. If you want an umbrella set up there is another company on the beach that you can rent a daily set up with that is easier and you do not have to carry. It was very crowded bc of spring break but that was expected. The pool was large and nice.

Great Location...Not so Great Upkeep

House is in a great location and centered between the pool and beach. However, house definitely needs a better cleaning and maintenance team. Numerous things were broken throughout our stay and 2 of the 4 showers didn't drain properly. Sand was everywhere prior to our stay and floors felt like they hadn't been mopped in quite some time. To top it all off we found tons of spiders as well as 3 cockroaches on the 2nd floor! 2nd floor! When alerting the property management company during our stay of these issues, nothing was done so don't expect any assistance if you encounter issues during your stay.

Family Vacation at Salt Water Gospel

We had a wonderful week with our family! It is a beautifully designed home in the set-up of the rooms/floors but also the interior design. Our favorite part by far is the third-floor porch! The furniture is nice, and we loved having a dinning space and a lounge TV space. We also loved the kitchen space, it was convenient to have the grill, sink and fridge right there. We spent most of our time up on the porch looking at the ocean. It is also convenient to have the loft with the couches and TV right inside for the kids. They hung out there after the beach while the adults were on the porch. Our other favorite spot was the screened in second-floor porch with the porch swings. It was so pleasant for morning coffee! As for the indoor space, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed from cooking/baking supplies to having dinnerware for the kids. The bunk room for the kids was perfect. They loved the nook in the wall for their books with their own reading lights. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and overall, the house was very clean. In terms of location, it can’t be beat. You are close enough to 30A to get to the beach easily, really close to the pool and then Peddlers area for evening entertainment is just down the street. The management company was helpful, we had a small mishap at check-in, and it was resolved in hours and they were very responsive. As for the some of the things that could be improved, our biggest complaint was the grill upstairs. The hood was clogged so it was not exhausting well, and the buildup of grease was so thick that it would drip down onto the grill below. Also, there was a build-up of grease in the grill which caused flare-ups when cooking food. This was disappointing since using the outdoor kitchen is one of the best parts of going to one of these homes. We would suggest having the grill and hood cleaned on a more regular basis. We would also suggest cleaning the scale build-up on the shower heads for better flow. The bedroom fans need some attention as they made noise constantly and didn’t move very fast on the highest setting. As for supplies, were told there would be dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels but there was not enough (1 trash bag, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 paper towel) so we ended up purchasing more right away to get through the week. Also, more than one dish towel would be helpful! Overall, it was a great vacation, and we really enjoyed our stay!
