This Charming Florida home in Seacrest Beach is located within minutes of Alys and Rosemary Beach. Updated with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location just off Scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options in 30A. Hardwood floors, marble countertops, outdoor seating, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the outdoor dining area offers seating for 8-10 guest with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The upstairs loft provides entertainment and leads to the balcony, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the seabreeze. The first master bedroom is located on the first floor; with a king-sized bed and a private master bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor holds three guest bedrooms; a bedroom with a king-sized bed and the other a queen, as well as a shared bathroom with separate vanities and a walk-in shower. The bunk room holds two twin over twin bunk and is also accompanied by a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn!

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:
Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:

Number of adults (11 & older) and children (10 & younger)
Year, make, model, color, and tag number of all vehicles parking at the residence
After completing the registration, you’ll receive directions for picking up your wristbands before check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

- Seacrest Beach Seasonal Beach & Pool Shuttle/Tram Service: Seasonal service from March through October, providing easy transportation within the community, including to the beach and pool.
Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.
Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area (if applicable). These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.
