Communication with Gabriela was seamless. She communicated regularly and sent all the info needed to check in prior, including a video showing step by step instructions as to how to check in to the secure building and how to access private parking garage. The apartment was exactly as pictured and perfect for our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped as were the bathrooms. WiFi was great and plenty of charging options for devices. Also a sweet balcony for morning coffee.Location was very central and convenient. Even walking distance to local restaurants. This is a residential building - everyone we met in elevators were also very nice.Would certainly stay again!

A Lovely Property in a Nice Building

No complaints here. The property was clean and as advertised. The communication was good and check in was clearly explained. There were some nice extra touches, which I will not spoil for the next guest(s). This is an ideal property if you are in Miami for a short stay.

Accurate and clean

Apartment was clean and bright. Building itself was pretty dated. Parking is really for compact cars only. Very good value.
