The Cheerful Lake House at Crane Cove

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated on beautiful all sports Wolf Lake this newly built space is gorgeous with great views from it's lofty deck.
Located near the Irish Hills there are many things to enjoy in this area.
- 40 min to THE BIG HOUSE
- 15 min to MIS
Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, or paddle boating (all included) right from the lakefront and shared dock. Bring your own boat and launch at the local landing and dock here for the duration of your stay.

The Lake House has additional spaces also for rent, basement and garage apartment, these could potentially have guests during your stay. We ask that our guests observe a quiet time after 11pm. Each space has a separate private entrance and no access between them. The laundry room is a shared space in the garage.

Excellent location and stay

We had a wonderful stay with the main attraction being the lake access. The unit was perfectly clean and neat. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Place

Very relaxing place to stay with fun activities and a cute little beach to sit on. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed the paddle boat!

Small but nice.

We rented this place for our family of 4 over Thanksgiving so we could stay closer to extended family living in Jackson. It worked great for us. Much better than getting a hotel room.

Clean and peaceful stay!

We had a wonderful night away! It was colder than we anticipated, but the cottage was cozy and clean, and we saw a vast array of wildlife. This was our first VRBO stay, and it couldn’t have been better.

Family getaway

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this property. Plenty of room and amenities to go with a scenic view and lots of wildlife. The host made himself available to provide assistance when needed. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Breathtaking atmosphere

This property was well kept and had plenty of activities to keep you occupied. The views were unreal and we wont be staying anywhere else when we come to MI. Thanks for the wonderful trip!

Very clean, well maintained, beautiful views, mattress was very soft with no support (personally I like firm, maybe you like super soft) I would stay again though

Fully lived up to it's "exceptional" rating

In addition to what the other reviews say (very clean, great hosts, great views, peaceful) the lake house is a nice distance from the neighboring properties. The east side is bordered by a small marsh, which was lovely in itself. We plan to stay there again and bring binoculars for bird watching.

The place was awesome. Better than I was expecting from the VRBO listing. Really well kept and pleasant accommodations and a fantastic location. Tim was great to talk to; super helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful secluded location

Very clean. Nice space. Beautiful view of the lake. Quite private, but we didnt have to share the house with guests in the other apartments. We were the only guests. We were there over Christmas time, so we were not able to enjoy the lake activities. But we hope to be back next summer or fall. Would highly recommend.
