The house is very nice and in a great location. Easy access to the lake from the canal. Being on the canal was also nice and quiet!

Very clean home as well as peaceful. Perfect size for our girls trip. Host was very accommodating. Thank you for letting us use your home as a weekend away for our girl group.

This place was amazing! The pictures really do not capture how spacious this place is. The views are awesome! The king sized bed was super comfy. We would definitely come back! Super clean and the layout is just perfect.

Love this home on the canal. Stocked kitchen for nightly meals, very clean and we felt comfortable. I made the arrangements and decided that the master suite would work out for me! The other 4 guests are who suggested that we needed to come here again next year. Quiet but charming with a lot to do if you like antiques and small nice little towns in middle north, Lenawee county Michigan. The south side of Wampler lake and near dining or fast food... your options, are good! We lucked out and caught one of the local Fall festival events...we are ready to come back next year for our annual wine and women get together

If you want to be on the water and enjoy a peaceful stay, this is the place for you. We loved the open floor plan and great outside seating. This canal is about half way between Wamplers and Iron Lake. The best if you want boating and kayaking. Super easy check in and out. We highly recommend this house close to everything in the Irish Hills.

House was what we expected. Nice patio off back on house facing a canal. Very peaceful.Host was readily available if we had to text him. Snack basket was nice touch.

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Everyday we looked forward to a beautiful peaceful day ahead. Off the dock fishing, and seeing swans and turtles up close was amazing. The home was spacious and equipped with many amenities, and our host was just a call away if we needed anything. If we have another opportunity, we would like to stay again.

great home, very clean, sleeps four comfortably in 3 bedrooms with upstairs dediated to the master bedroom and bath. Great dock for quick direct access to Wamplers Lake or Iron Lake. Property was as pictured in the online photos, kitchen had all the necessary items. Parking onsite, party store & gas station 5 minutes away and gorcery store 15 minutes in Brooklyn. Homeower was responsive and professional, will rent again.

The kitchen was well-stocked and even labeled so it was easy to find everything. There were even a few basic spices. The house was clean and had plenty of open space. It had a great view of the canal out the back patio. Host was great with communication and quick to respond to our messages. Overall a great place to stay.

It was very easy to communicate with Eric. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The only thing we did not like were the pillows. There is a back patio with table and chairs right on the canal. You can easily walk to Jerry's Pub. I recommend this property.

Everything was as described! Plenty of towels, beach towels and washcloths. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! Due to all the recent rain we weren’t able to get our tritoon under the canal bridge so weren’t able to dock at the house which was a bummer but was just a result of timing. The dock was really nice and had ropes ready to tie up to. If you aren’t an early riser bring a sleep mask if you’re in the upstairs bedroom. The sun comes in early!

My wife, daughter, and I were all very happy with this place. Also great that it’s within walking distance of an awesome restaurant. The host was easily reached and responded promptly to any of our questions.
