My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

Holt Cottage Gem in the Highlands

Gorgeous property! Our family of three rented this cozy home for the Thanksgiving holiday week. The home and finishings were beautiful, beautiful contemporary mountain feel. Location was superb! Glenn Falls hike was our favorite, located just a street over. Our 3 year old son loved the little reading nook loft - so adorable! Fireplace inside and fire pit outside were used daily, amazing to have the wood available for purchase in the honor box. The home was so clean and inviting when we arrived. Best VRBO we have ever used! Looking forward to coming back in the future :)

Long weekend in January

Lovely place! I wasn't feeling well most of the trip, but my family really enjoyed themselves. Even though I was sick, it was such a sweet, comfortable place to be feeling bad. It snowed and made it even better for everyone.

Wonderful location right by Glen Falls and just a few minutes to town! Well appointed throughout and wonderfully decorated. Would stay again!!

What a lovely little get away!

More often than not, when my husband and I visit the Highlands, we either end up with a too-large home, or a too-tiny hotel room. This cottage was the perfect size. Home was beautifully appointed, nice size kitchen, outfitted w/everything a chef needs, bedroom was spacious, bed was too comfortable--we ended up sleeping in, and we never do that. The location was fabulous. Private but close to everything. We will definitely visit this one again.

Gods Country

Highlands is one of my favorite locations! Beautiful and quiet, however also has some of best culinary experiences ever. This bungalow is by far the best home rental we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Well appointed, beautiful, and cozy. The rental agency left nothing out, everything we needed! David Bee personally checked the property, turned on a few lamps and had music playing for ambience. Loved it!

We loved this cabin in the woods! The cottage is beautifully appointed and in a great location!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It is walking distance to Glen Falls and a quick drive to downtown Highlands. The cottage is also beautifully appointed!! The mattresses and pillows made for an excellent nights sleep. Our only small complaint is that the upstairs bathtub had quite a lot of mildew under the mat that was flaking off, and it made that bathtub unusable except to shower. We would definitely rent this cabin again!!

Great visit!

We had a great time at the house! It was very clean and comfortable. Super close to town and had everything we needed. Great outdoor Fire pit and a mile away from beautiful waterfalls. We would love to come back!

BACKYARD BUNGALOW

Perfect renovated cottage close to downtown!

We celebrated my wife's birthday in The Highlands with another couple and stayed at Backwoods Bungalow. This was the perfect place to share with one other couple. My wife loved the cabin and how it had a very updated and clean feel! It had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails around the fire pit and watching Georgia football as a fire popped and crackled in the fire place. The ambiance and setting were perfect for a Fall getaway. The location also was very convenient as it is less than 10 minutes from downtown Highlands. The convenience was worth the trade off of not having a sweeping view. The Backwoods Bungalow was a perfect retreat for the typical hurried pace. We will definitely be back!
