Maui Sunset #B-417 is a fourth floor 2 bed 2 bath unit with beautiful ocean views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. In addition this unit provides complimentary wifi. Maui Sunset #B-417 has a king-sized bed and a large SmartTV in the master and includes an en suite bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom provides twin beds, and the convenient second bathroom includes a shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-417 supplies beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Maui Holiday Family getaway

The property was a nice size for a family with two young adult children. The condo was centrally located in Kihei near shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool area was nice and the view from the unit was beautiful.

Amazing stay!

I had an amazing experience with this booking! The location was perfect—close to the beach yet in a quiet area, which made it incredibly relaxing. The space was spotless, and communication with the host was seamless and easy. Everything about the stay was convenient and stress-free. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it!

Great Apartment

The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable and there were fans in both bedrooms. Front the front door it’s a two minute walk to the beach.

Nice place but only for 4 pax

The accommodation looks like recently renovated but the maintenance service was weak. When we arrived the floor wad dirty, the apartment was ready for 4 pax instead of 6,some towels looked yellowis and used. The renovation on a neirby Apartment was noisy.overall, it wasn’t what we expected for.

Amazing family vacation at Maui Sunset!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented three condos at Maui Sunset. There were 9 of us, and we had the most beautiful vacation there. It’s my second time at this same location. All of our rooms were perfect, the grounds and pool are gorgeous, and the beach is so close—-what could be better? It’s also the best place to see Maui’s gorgeous sunsets (hence the name!). HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Great stay!

Location was perfect and the condo was great. It was clean, had everything we needed, is close to shopping, and the views were simply stunning. If we go back to the island anytime soon, we'll stay here again. Everything was as advertised and wonderful for a family of four.

Modern Condo With Great View and Location

This condo is modern and comfortable with a big balcony that overlooks the pool, property, and ocean. It has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The condo was clean and well equipped with dishes for cooking. The Maui Sunset resort provides lots of activities that are good for teens - shuffleboard, tennis courts, other games, and a pool and hot tub. There is a nice grassy area between the hotel and the beach which is easily walkable from the resort. There is even a cute herb and vegetable garden that is available for guests. The location is good for being near Kehei restaurants and beaches.

Great Stay at Maui Sunset

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are well kept. The unit was clean and the furniture was updated and in perfect condition. The views were amazing. We liked the location and were able to walk to some restaurants - our favorite being Nalu's South Shore Grill. The bathrooms and bedrooms are on the small side and don't have views but I liked that there was more living space with a slider and windows looking out towards the ocean. It would be helpful if they added some bedside tables for the bedrooms but they did have a nice dresser and closet.

Great spot!

The unit was wonderful. Clean and updated, we had everything we needed to make meals. Our group had multi families staying in several condos throughout the complex and it was very easy to meet up, swim together and share meals by the grill. The grassy are between buildings was incredible for lots of young children to runaround. We will be back!

Perfect for a family!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of five. I have three teenagers and we were all extremely comfortable and we had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful. The grounds were so well kept. We cannot wait to come back and stay again.!

A good time with a few problems

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were from England and vacationing with our friends who booked the rental. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Unfortunately, the level of cleaning prior to our visit was not as we would expect. The living area was well maintained but although the floor looked clean it was quite dirty. In the bedroom the underside of the single beds was dusty and we found wooden beads under the chest. We could not move around with bare feet as the floor looked clean but was not.There was much dust on surfaces in the bathroom with the shower, on the mirror surround, the bulbs in the light and the glass ornament. This is our view John & Linda Staddon form England

Not by best decision...Could have stayed at a nice hotel for the price...

Arrived to check in and went inside to get the keys. The lady working behind the plastic shield seemed put out that we showed up. It literally felt like she was annoyed. She made a statement, "you checking in?" vs. a nice welcome greeting. I get it's not a hotel, but seriously, this is still hospitality and the lack of it she showed, she should not be the first impression any guest interacts with upon their arrival. After going through everything, I saw that there were only three bath towels and there were four of us. I emailed as it stated and when I arrived back home four days later I got the email I sent and still don't have an answer on how to get more and or why it wasn't equipped with enough to accommodate our needs. The pictures while nice, definitely did a better showing that what we actually experienced. The A/C unit in the master was very old and the knob was missing. It didn't cool off very quickly. The bedding was very dated and thin. Wi-Fi was terrible. It would drop connections constantly so if you are trying to do any work, good luck. Overall location was easy access to Wailea and 35-40 to Lahaina. This was my first VRBO and not sure I will do again. Over $1800 for 3 nights. Keep looking.

Beautiful view

The view from the balcony is spectacular. We can see sunrise on one side and sunset on the other side. The washrooms are quite small. The ac units are loud and doesn’t have a thermostat. You manually turn it in when the room is warm and turn it off when it’s cold. The building itself is quite old. Despite that, the location is very convenient and the grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we’re happy with our stay.

Great Maui Vacation

This was our first stay at a VRBO property. We were very impressed. The unit was very clean and very well-appointed. We felt very welcomed. The view from the lanai is exactly what I saw online. That was the highlight of our stay. We would love to come back. I've already given your information to a friend who will be visiting Maui.
