We appreciate your feedback, but several points need to be put in proper context. Our verification process, pre-arrival forms, identity checks, and reservation requirements are standard safeguards—not unnecessary hurdles. They exist to confirm authorized occupancy, protect the property, and ensure compliance with house rules. Pool servicing is also performed for sanitation and guest safety. If treatment requires a temporary no-swim period, that restriction must be followed regardless of inconvenience. We take maintenance issues seriously, including the microwave handle, and review them promptly when reported. However, describing these procedures as “messy” or excessive does not fairly reflect why they are in place or the steps taken to manage the property responsibly.
