Good communication with the host and was very accommodating. House was bigger than anticipated, could use a little tlc on some cosmetics but overall very well prepped and budget friendly. Would recommend a stay if stopping by the area short term.

We had an issue with the door code when checking in. We called the help line and we were able to get a new code. Neighborhood is quiet and easy access to USC and surrounding areas.

We had issues checking via the front door due to a new computer system. This was communicated and taken care of fairly quickly. We had no access to WiFi for the first 24 hours which was quickly resolved once a technician arrived. The site would benefit from some outdoor work (adage path from the front door to the driveway and the filling of the Grand Canyon hole in the middle of the driveway!). It was otherwise a lovely, spacious place to stay and we woul return.

Property overall was great. Check-in process was awesome, House was located in close proximity to the university of South Carolina and was very clean. One of the bedrooms could use a paint job due to appealing and shipping paint but nothing to be overly concerned with. Would recommend the property overall for anyone traveling to Columbia.
