Completely remodeled home near Fort Jackson and USC

Enjoy your home away from home. Centrally located and close to Five Points, USC, Colonial Life Center, Fort Jackson, and I-77. Completely remodeled, comfortable home with WIFI. The city bus has a stop across the street just a short walk away. Stadium chairs are available to borrow, and we have provided many games for the family to enjoy during their visit. There is a Keurig coffee maker and welcome basket for our guests. If you choose to stay at our home and you have two vehicles, please park one car all the way to the left in front of the front steps. Please park the other car on the side of the road/street in front of our house. My husband and I live in the bonus room above the detached garage and the driveway narrows at the end so we need enough space to come and go in our vehicles, and we park in the back. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home.

We stayed there for my son’s graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. Great location, very nice house, worked out fantastic for us.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the house is spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked. I wish we had found this option in Columbia years ago. We will stay here anytime we come back to Columbia.

This is our third stay on this property, so that speaks for itself. The hosts are the best and are very hands on when need to be, but they run their place so efficiently they are not needed. Looking forward to next year.

Everything was great except the master bedroom should have a queen size bed instead of a full size bed.

Hi, Thank you for choosing our property and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. The master bedroom is the one that has one of the bathrooms, and that room (master bedroom) does have a queen size bed. I just went over and measured it to make sure. If you were referring to the other two bedrooms, they do have full size beds. I only wrote this so that others (who are deciding where to stay) see that the master does have a queen size bed. A wonderful place to stay! We were attending the Masters in Augusta GA and it was an easy drive (75 miles each way) to and from the VRBO. Well worth the drive instead of spending 600 to 800 a night for places closer. The hostess was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

We were visiting Columbia for my son's graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. This location was perfect! The home was so clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including snacks we could grab in a hurry. Maryann was very helpful and responded to questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again for any future visits to Columbia.

Marybeth was a wonderful host during our stay for my son’s graduation at Fort Jackson. She was very informative, responsive, and made everything simple from start to finish with clear communication and an easy check-in process.The home was clean, exactly as described, and located in a quiet neighborhood that was very convenient to Fort Jackson. We also appreciated the stocked snacks and thoughtful touches throughout the stay.We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, was exactly what we needed. Was in a perfect location for us to go to an event at Williams-Brice stadium in addition to the proximity to anything that you would need within a short drive.
