A private pool heatable October through May for an extra $60/day makes this a standout place to unwind, while large living areas leave plenty of room to relax together, and a newly expanded kitchen and a second laundry room keep everything running smoothly.

The main floor features a large open living room with a huge, graciously appointed kitchen, dining area, and breakfast bar. The fully stocked kitchen has everything to prepare and serve meals for large groups, with 2 dishwashers, 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a massive island, complemented by a bar with an undercounter beverage fridge and ice maker. This floor also includes a primary King bedroom that opens onto the beachfront porch and features an expansive bath with a shower that includes a rain head, along with a laundry room and half bath.

The middle floor begins with a family room with a smart TV for extra relaxation, surrounded by 4 King bedrooms, each with a private bath. 3 beachfront King bedrooms open directly onto the large beachfront porch, and a fourth offers lagoon views. A second, large laundry room completes this level.

The top floor is centered on a gathering space with a smart TV, perfect for more intimate get-togethers. 2 ample bedrooms round out this floor, each with King and Twin beds and an en suite bath. One offers direct access to a private beachfront porch, while the other looks out over Little Lagoon.

Outside, Milty's Martini is built for soaking up the coast. A stretch of private sugar-white sand beach is reached by a beach walkover that winds through the backyard dunes and sea oats, with an outdoor shower waiting for the trip back. 3 levels of beachfront decks offer outdoor seating, dining space, and lounge chairs, and the private heated pool sits right in the middle of it all. At ground level, a large covered area with a charcoal grill sets the stage for cookouts, and an extra refrigerator in the foyer keeps drinks cold just steps from both the grill and the beach.

Just 3.7 miles from Hwy 59, Milty's Martini offers easy access to restaurants and shops while still sitting in relaxing surroundings. The home is also just minutes from Lagoon Pass, a great spot for fishing and wildlife watching as well as public access to both the beach and the lagoon.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
