Perfect house for multiple families. Each floor had their own living area. They had everything that we needed there. Ice maker, 2 refrigerators, 2 stove tops and ovens. 3 washer/dryers. Plenty of bathrooms.The only thing that was a little deceptive was that the pool looked a little bigger in the photos than it really is. However, it was big enough for us. We will definitely book this house again.

Morning Tide was fantastic! We had 22 people and everyone had plenty of space and all enjoyed the home. I will definitely be back!

Wedding vacation

Beautiful home, however it was quite embarrassing that we were meeting my daughter’s new family and when two of the guests turned down their beds the sheets were dirty and had hair on them.

We hope it goes with saying that we were stunned to see this, and very disappointed that we did not hear from you about it so that we could fix it, or make it up to you. All sheets are replaced between guests, even if a bed looks unused, but the cleaners should have noticed if the new sheets did not look up to par and pulled them. We hope you'll give us another chance. Give us a call when you are ready and we'll talk about how we can make your next stay great.

This is a great property! The distance to the beach is fabulous and the private pool was awesome! There were a few drawbacks for us. One was the TV options. Some of the TV's would not connect to the apps or cable and if they did, they werent all the same configuration. We didnt watch TV alot but it wouldve been nice for that option to be easy on every floor and every room. The dish washer was loud on the second floor, the lights weren't all working due to rain getting in the sockets, and maintenance had to come replace the sockets. For 6 women staying in an unfamiliar property, the idea of strangers coming in during our stay was a little unsettling. I will say, Each maintenance person was very professional and put our minds at ease. I would expect that at the price we paid for the stay, things would have been more uniform and upscale in some ways. The kitchen set up was great! Our stay overall was great, none of those things were deal breakers and I would recommend staying here.

Family of 15 vacation

Great location!!! Plenty of room for 4 families to enjoy!!! Wish there were air dryers! Need more Rubbermaid storage items for refrigerator storage. Could use more non breakable drinking glasses. Did have some problem with large roaches in water areas. Overall a great place for our family early Christmas getaway!!! Would recommend this home highly!

It’s become our family home!

Heated pool

Everything was great except have to spend $50 A day to have the pool heated and only heating it to 88 degrees didn’t help us at all we could not go in the pool so it scampered our experience and I wasted &209 on a heated pool. Calling y’all 8 or 9 times didn’t help the situation.

Hi Karen, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed. The normal temperature resorts heat pools to is 82-85 degrees but we heat ours to 88. We say upfront that it is heated to 88. In November, an unheated pool here is usually going to be in the 60s so heat is significant, and expensive to provide. The $50/day charge helps to offset the cost of heat, but definitely does not cover it. It sounds like a house with a hot tub might be a better fit. They usually only accommodate a small number of people, but offer a different experience. We appreciate you staying with us, and taking a moment to provide feedback.

Perfect College Reunion Location

We loved our stay at Morning Tide! The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The home is designed o meet every traverl’s need. The accomodations are spacious, comfortable, close enough to what we needed but also very private. We had immediate response to all our questions from Susan and Geoff at Gulf Shores vacation rental. They also provided us with a contact for catering that proved to be delicious. It was also very convenient to have the elevator for hauling the groceries and luggage up the stairs. We look forward to returning for our next reunion. Just a note, use caution on the stairs in the home as the bottom step blends so well with the floor it is easily missed.

The house is perfect for 8 couples, so much room to spread out or all be together in one area! Lots of bedroom options but wonderful that all face the beach. Any questions/concerns we had while there were taken care of promptly by GSVR. For example, we were technically challenged with the TV's , their tech guy came by immediately and got us all on the right track. Beautiful house, beautiful location!

The heated pool was used quite a bit due to the cool weather, so that was a nice option to have. Our family, including our grandkids, said this was the highlight of the year, and would like to come back sometime!

The weather cooperated and every day was a great day outdoors. However, a screw came loose on the pool door and made it hard to close. We reported it and someone was going to check it out when they brought a new stove. But no one came with a stove or looked at the door. Then the piece came off the door. On our last night, we were unable to lock the door. One place where we stayed in the past had someone drop by every day or so to see if anything was needed. That was very helpful. But overall, a wonderful time!
