The property was spacious and had excellent beach access. You are about 45 minutes from the road to Hana starting location but no ocean front towns are closer. The beach gear and towels were great additions.

Nice ground level condo! The beach is right across the street and so convenient. It ended up being our fav beach on all of the south shore. Yes, it can get loud at times because being on the main road, and there are a few homeless camps, but this place is still totally worth it.

Great stay!

Wonderful, spacious property. Across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and stores. We had a party of 6 and never once felt cramped. Would definitely recommend this place for your next stay.

The lazy Maui ideal of beach mornings, sun break and lunch by retreating across the road, and then the flexibility of pool in the afternoon fit us perfectly. Thanks!

First floor room with amazing view of sunsets. We enjoyed the larger accommodations and it felt more like a home rather than a hotel room. Equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs etc. Easy walk to the beach. Because of the room location the traffic noise could be irritating for some.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, ground level, right across the street from the beach. Sunsets every night. The condo was very spacious for 6 people. We didn’t go to the pool much as we are ocean lovers. There was a classic car drive by and twice bicycles all lit up in Christmas lights. Loved this vacation

Nice Condo

Very clean & nice Condo, we enjoyed it, before leaving we had a chat with the elderly couple across from us & gave them all our food we had left, she was very appreciative for it as they are in their 80’s & 90’s, strongly recommend this condo if your looking for a clean place, great view of the ocean

We love MAUI

We thoroughly enjoyed our Maui vacation! Condo was nice with a beautiful view. We feel like the condo living supplies should be fully stocked to last for the entire time we paid for.

Maui style

Great location across the street from the beach. Easy access to food/dining. Great patio to watch the sunsets. Condo well supplied. Air conditioning nice. Fold out couch a little uncomfortable but made due. I have never slept on one that has been great. Great vacation stay.

Not as described

Pictures of the property are very deceptive. Pictures make it look like you are right on the beach. Although you are close there is a very busy road between the condo and a public park and beach entrance. The road is extremely loud as well as the party goers at the park. There were a number of homeless camped across the street as well in plain sight. Noise kept me up all night and it felt unsafe to me. It all had a Myrtle beach vibe to me. The condo itself was OK but the 2 small AC units did not keep up and it was hot.

Great place to watch the ocean and the sunset

We loved sitting on the Lanai, with a cup of coffee in the mornings to watch the ocean waves, and cocktails or dinner, at sunset. It's a great place to sit and watch the sunset. It's literally across the street from multiple beaches as well as easy walking to restaurants. The unit, happily, was supplied with beach chair and beach umbrellas. The only concern was the traffic noise, when sitting on the Lanai, as this is the main drag in Kihei. The other problem, we had, is we like to cook many of our own meals. The kitchen wasn't very well suited for that and wasn't very well stocked with cooking gear. For instance, the frying pans were chipped, non-stick (unhealthy to me). However, there were gas barbecues in the swimming pool area. These are the main reasons that I gave it a 4 star rating.

This condo is as amazing as advertised. Dish washer and washer/ dryer make the visit so convenient. Large spacious refrigerator. There is lots of space in the condo and the bathrooms are very accommodating too. The view out the front window and from the patio is breathtaking. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout are easy to keep clean. The outside “beach closet” has 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 sizes ice chests, multiple river shoes and vests and toys for little kids. The park and beach across the street is amazing, we never even tried a different one in 9 days. We snorkeled and saw tons of fish and the Honu swam right up to us when hanging out in the ocean. There are multiple rental places within walking distance for any ocean gear, even bikes. We had NO complaints! My husband could not take a hot hot bath for his back injury because the water just doesn’t get too hot (and no one else wants it to!) but he boiled water for them. Overall best tropical vacation we’ve ever been on. 10 stars!!

Great location facing the beach

This was perfect for our family. The extra two couches in the living room are the reason we chose this place. Everywhere else offered hardly any seating and we needed the xtra couch for sleeping too. Thanks for not buying the cheap wooden furniture that EVERYONE has. This unit faces the beach. Has almost your own private outside wash area and it’s on the first floor so out the patio door and out to the beach. These rooms are huge and the bathrooms had so many drawers and mirrors. Snorkeling stuff and boogie board available. Plenty of towels. The assigned parking is tight but they all are in Maui. There’s plenty of open parking close to the unit so we used that. They had a few welcome gifts for us, which was really nice. The guy managing it contacted us about a week before and gave us some welcoming info. Again a couple days before we got there and again the day we arrived, which was very helpful. Great place and management. Thank you for a great vacation!
