From the moment you arrive here, you will find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and laid-back vacation on Maui! This 2 king bedroom / 2 bathroom condo has a full kitchen which includes everything to cook for yourself. Master bedroom with king bed and en suite, second bedroom with king/twin bunk bed, great for families and couples. A/C available in the bedrooms. Kitchen and living room fully opens to lanai! Included in the condo are beach chairs, cooler, towels and toys. This is a quiet condo building and you will love the proximity to the pool and beach. The beach has excellent snorkeling in the mornings, perfect waves for boogie boarding in the afternoons, and amazing sunsets in the evenings! The Maui Parkshore is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Beautiful condo but we were disappointed on the cleanliness when we arrived. Host responded quickly and offered to resend the cleaners which was appreciated but we had already cleaned it due to how bad it was when we arrived. It was nice to have all the kitchen and bathroom essentials provided for us. Although they do not have AC they have a nice set up and provided you with plenty of fans we just wish we were able to leave the sliding door open but unfortunately the screen didn't lock. It was a little tight having a family of 6 but overall it ended up being a great stay with a beautiful view and the pool was super clean!

We enjoyed our all too brief stay at Maui Parkshore. One of the best suite locations in the building on the ground floor right next to the pool. All the amenities we needed including beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys. Great beaches within walking distance and excellent shopping not far away. Communication was excellent. Thank you.

Lisa and Andrew were very helpful with questions we had prior to arriving and the room was just as described. If we ever come back to Maui we will be sure to look for availability here.

The host was excellent. Very helpful and had great tips. The condo was a great location and was perfect for our family getaway. It also had Wii mario kart which was awesome for the kids for some down time out of the sun. The condo was filled with everything we needed plus a few extras like a beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach toys. I would recommend this condo to others.

The beach view was obstructed. We could not check into the room till 4 PM. There was no air-conditioning in the unit. Part of our stay was infested with fungus gnats. The owner informed us that the whole island has these fungus gnats. She said it’s part of a tropical vacation. She said close the windows and doors. I told her that is impossible because we are at a tropical location with no air-conditioning.

We were quite shocked by this review from Mary, especially considering it is very clear on our listing that check in time is 4pm and that we do not have Air Conditioning. Our building is designed to make use of the tradewinds so it usually isn't even needed. There was an unfortunate island wide surge in gnats during her stay, which was caused by the several recent Kona storms that led to flooding in surrounding areas. We had given her several suggestions as to what might help reduce them inside, even sending our cleaners over with sticky fly tape to hang up. The gnats are not a common occurrence, this was a highly unusual event that lasted a few days. But as we cannot control the weather, flooding, or natures insect population, there was nothing else we could do. Everyone else was also struggling but Mary went out of her way to be rude in her communication and disrespectful to us as hosts and our property as they damaged the outside of our building walls, screens and cement sidewalk by spraying it with something that stained. It seems as though that Mary did not read about our listing at all, or any of our other happy guest reviews - so I would recommend any future hosts are cautious in accepting her bookings.

The location was the best you could find. Clean place, has lots of tools at the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The only thing I’d mention - would’ve be helpful if we had more than just 2 dishwasher pods. Would recommend 100%

Great little condo across from the beach!

The property was exactly as described and we really enjoyed our stay! It was a quick walk to the beach and a great home base for exploring the island. We appreciated having the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler!

Location location location

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Comfortable condo with plenty of room for our family of five. Welcoming touches throughout made for a lovely stay.

Our family of five fit perfectly in this condo during our spring break trip. We experienced a Kona Low storm during our stay that altered a lot of our plans and we spent more time than wanted at the condo. Thankfully we didn't run out of power like other condos and the management communicated very well during the whole storm to keep us updated on happenings with the condo. Thankfully there were some games and a puzzle to keep us occupied while rained in the couple of days. When we were able to get out, this is a great central location to all the activities. We also walked to many places to eat. The breeze that flows through with the fans also keep the place cool and had no trouble sleeping at night as it cooled down.

Perfect Place

Loved this condo a home away from home. It is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. A great location with everything within walking distance. The pool is right outside the door and the beach is across the road. Highly recommended.

Great place for when traveling with young children. The access to the pool was perfect. My granddaughter loved sleeping in the bunk bed.

Family Vacation Fun!

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Location, easy access and shops/restaurants short 10 min walk away. Beach across the street perfect fro watch the sunsets.

From the first time we stayed at the Parkshore about 9 years ago, we have had our eye on any units that came available there. Many other condos in Kihei are built up the hill and do not allow you to simply walk to the beach with your family. We love the ease of being on the ground floor in a small condo complex that is so close to the beach. The pool is a great size and is never crowded. The resident manager and gardeners keep the pool and grounds always looking great.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We are actually one of the few condos that say we sleep 6 people and actually mean it! The dining table has 6 chairs and there are enough table place settings for 6 people.
