This home is conveniently located just steps from the best beach in Newport, with restaurants, parks, a coffee shop, a mini mart, and more, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the beach and retire to your private secluded front patio for a family BBQ. Here's what you'll find:

PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping, with fishing, boating, and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquetball, and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza is only 10-15 minutes away!
ALSO:
The upstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath accommodation (Unit B) can also be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate extra family or guests on the whole property. Contact our office for more details.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack' n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
