Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs has a large family room with a daybed, stylish wet bar, game table, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor patio. Located in one of Newport's quieter neighborhoods, this property is just a one minute walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches in town. With only one attached wall to your neighbors this beautifully furnished 2 story is all yours so there will be no strangers making noise above you. This home comes with two parking spots in the garage just for you. Located on a residential side street, it is an easy, safe and short walk to the beach. Conveniently located and within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, playgrounds and tennis courts.

Overall great location walking distance to the beech and restaurants. The house was very clean and hosts responsive. Highly recommended and would stay again.

This little beach bungalow was perfect for our stay in Newport! The property manager is extremely communicative, friendly, and hospitable. We had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our time there, including a cooler, beach towels, chairs, etc. to take to the beach. Comfy beds, outdoor space with grill, gas fireplace inside- we loved it all! The (garage) parking space is definitely an added bonus!

A Perfect Stay

This property was the perfect size a location for the weekend visit we planned. The check in was seamless as was checkout. The joy of taking a cup of coffee each morning steps to the beach made for an unforgettable way to start each day. The property manager was beyond superb in the attention to detail and hospitality upon arrival. I look forward to my next stay at this property.

Great Little Getaway; Close to Beach

This is a great place to stay in Newport Beach. Walking distance to the beach, and a variety of shops and restaurants. It was clean, and comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and clean near the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this cute place walking distance from the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. Property manager quickly responded to a minor issue that came up. Would love to stay here again!

Fun spot

Clean and short walk to the beach. The nearby beach was not crowded which was an enjoyable contrast to other areas we visited in So Cal. Would stay again.

This is a stylishly decorated beach flat. Very comfortable and pleasant and very close to the beach. In a quiet residential neighborhood..I would rent again!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect for our first vacation with our 7 month old. The owners were so kind and communicative. The property was so clean and welcoming. The best part is being a short walk to the beach. If you are having doubts on coming, here is your sign to just do it.

Best. Hosts. Ever.

My friends and I visited for a weekend getaway and couldn’t have been happier with the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. The property was beautiful, clean, easily accessible, and was just steps from the beach! I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great little place!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, cozy place with nice beds, fluffy clean towels, and beach accessories like chairs, towels, and umbrella. Really nice quiet little dishwasher, plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The property manager was super nice and very accommodating every time we asked a question.

Surfs Up

Close to some of the best surfer beaches in Newport. Compact and comfortable the only adjustment we made was the addition of a box fan to provide a little white noise. Very comfy beds, private parking spot, access to washer/dryer and a helpful property manager. Plenty of beach towels and goodies.

Newport Stay

Property was clean and darling. Two blocks from the beach, about a mile from the pier. We walked along the beach every day down to the pier. All of the shops and restaurants are down that may. Be aware that it is over a mile walk to the pier and many of the restaurants in that area. I would highly recommend this place.
