This property is immaculate with amazing Ocean Views and is located on the famous Newport Beach Boardwalk. Open up your massive sliding glass doors to expose an incredible breeze and walk onto the sand and into the Pacific Ocean. This house has a Gourmet chefs kitchen with granite countertops that looks directly out to the ocean, a very spacious family room that connects the kitchen and the beach, Dual Master bedrooms, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, cherry hardwood floors. This beach house is located on the boardwalk which is walking distance to the Newport Pier, many dining locations, the Balboa Fun Zone, and countless activities. This beach house is large enough for many people and also included a garage fit for a midsized car including 3 bikes to use and washer/dryer downstairs.

Come enjoy this little slice of paradise for your vacation oasis. It is beautifully located so you can really explore the many features and attractions of the greater Newport Beach area. Kick your feet up and relax a little bit..

Enjoy the 3 miles of paved boardwalk and/or delight in a fabulous dinner out at the revitalized Lido Marina Village.

If you prefer to head East, enjoy the Fun Zone Ferris wheel overlooking Newport Harbor where you can find lots of ways to enjoy both land and sea-based activities.

The enchantment of the Newport Peninsula offers a variety of activities everyone can enjoy. Simply be the sun gazer and castle builder everyone wishes they had time to be.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property - NO EXCEPTIONS!

This home sleeps 8 in beds with 2 king and 2 queen beds (one of which is downstairs.) A maximum of 10 people is allowed.

This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

LOCATION!! OPEN AIR LIVING!! BEACH ACCESS!! Such a wonderful place to stay! The Hosts were excellent The amenities are excellent Cleanliness was good. Could use a deep clean of walls and baseboards but overall this was an amazing place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful property! The house was clean and had lots of amenities such as pantry supplies, bikes in the garage, etc. Additionally the best host I have ever worked with, and I book these quite often for my work associates. He was available via text and was very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

All eight of us had a great time and really enjoyed the property. It’s close enough to the pier without the noise associated with the crowds. Also very close to groceries and dining. The view from the master bedroom is stunning and we really enjoyed the sunsets in comfort and style. We plan to return again soon.

My family and I stayed at this home for 3 nights and we definitely would have wanted to stay longer. The house is in a perfect location exactly where we wanted to be. We had an amazing stay at this absolutely beautiful home. Perfect location with walking distance to stores and restaurants. The views from the living room and patios were amazing. The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved the stay. Everything about it was more than what we expected. The host was super accommodating and very easy to work with, and we appreciated it so much! The location is fantastic, close enough to get to places by walking, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. And beach front… you can’t beat that!

Amazing House and location

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed and more. We had the best time just sitting in the family room with all the doors opened up and enjoyed the ocean view. The location couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be back at this house for another beach vacation!

What a great house

What a perfect house for our family's trip to Newport Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. We walked up and down the board walk and had some fabulous sunsets on the beach. Joey met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. We had a couple of questions during our stay and he replied promptly everytime.

Best Stay Ever!

We have stayed in vacation rentals around the world, this is by far our favorite! Loved the location, layout of home, they had everything we could have wanted/needed, beach chairs, towels, kitchen was set up with all we could want. Communication with Joey was easy, quick responses and so helpful with check in and out! Highly recommend booking this home! We will be back!!!! It’s even more beautiful in person!

Beachfront Gem!

Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. Beach cruisers available to ride the boardwalk were super fun. Garage with access to washer and dryer was great! Location was perfect with easy short walks to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely come back! Joey was super friendly and helpful!

My family and I had a great experience we loved the location and easy access to the restaurants, shops and coffee shop. The best was being only steps away from the beach. Once we got there we had no need to drive. Everything is within walking distance. We are definitely coming back.

Absolutely the best!

We stayed here for my husbands 60 birthday party. 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom. We had a fantastic time. So many VRBO's don't stock coffee or supplies and they had coffee for all of us. Joey was the BEST communicator. The windows facing the ocean actually open and we spent so much time sitting on the patio with the doors open enjoying the ocean air. So much is within walking distance. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water for 8 people! The only issue (wasn't really an issue)... one couple wanted wash cloths and they didn't have any in their bathroom. We would come back here anytime....again and again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!
