Great overall property. One of the nicest we've stayed in. The playground right outside the backyard was amazing. However the non working dishwasher was a major inconvenience

This is the third or fourth year we’ve vacationed for a week and we were pleased every time. The beach house is always clean and it’s a short walk or drive to the beach and very close to lots of restaurants and places to see. We also like that it’s in a neighborhood as opposed to high rises all around. We plan to book another week next July.

Very inviting and a cozy/relaxing stay; loved the updated interior and amenities, everything is laid out really well. Great space to chill with a small family and short walk to the sand.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The host was kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Close to the beach and in a family-friendly area with a playground and tennis/pickleball courts out back, and walking distance to mini golf for rainy/non-beach days. The place is well maintained and clean. The beds and couches are comfy and the back deck is pretty nice for a morning cup of coffee and relaxing. This is our go-to place for our beach trips now.

We had a great stay in OC! This was a comfortable and clean townhome. It backs up to a park and the neighborhood is great for morning and evening walks! Minor detail, but the upstairs is a little warmer than the first floor but there were a lot of fans and it was comfortable at night. We just kept the curtains drawn to keep the sun from heating it up. Our older kids enjoyed being able to walk to mini golf, bowling, Dumsers, and the shops at Fenwick in the evenings. Thanks so much for a great place!

Great place to stay if you have young kids. The playground off the back porch was perfect. A short walk to the beach and a great indoor/outdoor mini golf place.
