Beautiful one bedroom condo on the beach. Enjoy delicious ocean breezes and panoramic views from your private 5th floor balcony (top floor). Two full beds in bedroom and a sleeper sofa combine to accommodate 4. One and one-half baths, a complete kitchen with everything you need, washer and dryer, and a reserved parking spot. Excellent condition, great location on the northern end of the beach, enjoy quiet solitude while still being within walking distance of great restaurants, bars and attractions. The perfect Ocean City hideaway!

Winter @ the beach

Beautiful beachfront view ! We enjoyed being able to watch the ocean from the comfort of a warm cozy condo. Saw it snow on the beach for the first time. The hosts could not be kinder. I highly recommend Direct Oceanfront Condo.

Great view and location!

The ocean front view was amazing. We kept the screen open and listened to the surf all day and night. It was really incredible. The condo is as advertised. Good space and easy access to the shore. However, the floors were not clean and there was hair on the back of the bathroom door. I still gave them a 5 on the rating because I assume from all of the other reviews this was a fluke, but wanted to let the owners know.

Lovely Getaway

Great place to stay. Convenient to beach, food, shopping. Confusion with VBRO listing stating equipped with towels. But easy fix by buying some. Excellent communication with owners! Very friendly and supportive.

Was one of the best stays we've had in OC. The home was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, the balcony our favorite spot. Parking was good, accessibility was good. Really happy we found this listing. Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Magical Beach Escape

Why this Sink??

The condo was cozy with every amenity…we enjoyed our time there…only one thing I would question - in the powder room off the main bedroom, what was the purpose of putting in a huge, deep, laundry room "slop sink" that took up so much space…to reach the commode, you had you had to squeeze past this huge sink…I would have preferred a small hand washing sink that had some vanity space to hold a comb or brush or curling iron while you are trying to fix your hair…everything fell in and clattered into the sink.

The best stay on the beach!!

This was my second time staying in this condo. I have already booked for next year. It is on the beach, clean, close to everything. It is safe with a secure parking lot. The hosts are responsive and are really great to engage with through email. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I came down to celebrate our anniversary and were only planning on staying a few days. However, once we got to the condo we were so happy that we extended our stay, which the owners were amazing and very accommodating to us as it was last minute. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, clean, amazing views and the owners are extremely accommodating and very quick to respond. We had no issues at all and will definitely come back. Also, due to the location there is so much within walking distance to this property that it was nice to not have to go far to anything. Thank you Diana and Kevin for allowing us a beautiful week at your little slice of heaven.

Summer 2024

The description and pictures were accurate of the property, The owners were very responsive to my questions during our stay. My only suggestion would be better mattress. I had to go and buy a foam topper the 2nd day because my back was kicking me. Overall awesome stay and outstanding ocean front view.

Condo Beach Stay

The Condo was absolutely breathtaking. I had a wonderful time on the beach every day. Watched the sunrise every morning, 3 mile runs & definitely enjoyed the Crabcake factory restaurant within walking distance. Primos Deli for subs, Albertino’s Italian restaurant, Catch 54 restaurant , & the Mediterranean Place for gyros. 10 stars for me. Thank you for the generosity.

Absolute best possible first vrbo!

I was afraid the listing was to good to be true but the real thing was even better! Best unit in the building location wise. Everything was clean and comfortable without being fussy byt the porch is easily the best room in the place! If I'd known how well stocked it was I could have spared myself a suitcase. Our hosts were very communicative and patient with all my questions and provided a binder worth its weight in gold for all the info it provides! We truly couldn't believe our luck 💜

Home away from home.

The property was lovely. Comfortable and felt like home. Bringing my own linen made it moreso. The location was excellent, right on the beach. Loved it from the moment we walked in.

Sweet Paradise

We enjoyed our stay so much. The place was very clean. Everything is there to fix all your meals if you want to. We enjoyed sitting out in the balcony, watching and listening to the waves. We were there for a week. Loved every minute. The owners were very easy to communicate with to help your stay. Thank you for a fun, relaxing week.

Perfect again!

Second time to stay here -- again, perfect for us two senior citizens looking for an off-season short vacation by the ocean. Plenty of room, super-clean, excellent info about local eateries (there's Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and more right across the street), top floor with private balcony just right for watching the waves. Decor well thought out, kitchen well supplied. Heads up -- here, like in many OC condo rentals you will need to supply your own sheets and towels. Hope to visit again next year!

Little Piece of Heaven

I needed time away and wanted to be oceanfront so I could see the ocean at all times. This was perfect for me. You can tell the owners love the place and I had everything I needed. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure all information is provided and any directions are made very clear, along with great suggestions. If you are concerned about being on the 5th floor, do not be. It's the best view and there is an elevator for you very near the parking spot and the condo is not many steps from the elevator. I fed gulls from the balcony, watched the dolphins play and walked the beach. It was a splendid short out of season stay in a very sweet condo. I really hope I can come again and stay much longer. You won't go wrong with this one.

We just purchased our dream place on the beach. We've stayed in this building for years and have loved the location. We had been planning on buying a unit in this building when one opened up and we could afford it. When my father passed, we decided to invest our inheritance into something that we could enjoy, and would give joy to others. When we found out a 5th floor unit had just come on the market, we decided it was meant to be ours.

We like the north end of the beach. When we want the boardwalk, it's a short drive away. And there are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. But it gets quiet at night - when all we want to hear as we doze off is the gentle sound of breaking waves...
After each stay, your home away from home is professionally cleaned according to CDC guidelines. No lobby, direct access from your own parking spot to the elevator to the 5th floor unit.

Nothing like a private balcony on the beach. And the 5th floor of a low rise building is perfect - high enough to have an unobstructed view - top floor so no one is stomping around over your head, but not such a high rise that you feel unsafe. It's just ideal. We ask everyone to bring their own. OC Solutions can provide towels and sheets - https://ocsolutions.org - book directly with them. We also recommend Roses for inexpensive purchases of towels, linens, toiletry items, sunscreen, etc. In the unit, we have a personal - Bub's Beach Bungalow Book that is full of recommendations for great places to eat, shop, and fun tips to make your stay a beautiful experience. You have your own parking spot, in a safe gated parking lot.
