This waterfront fisherman's dream provides access, by private boat, to all local waterways, including the Intracoastal Waterway which leads to Ponce Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy great seafood and live music at the Hidden Treasures Grill, which is just a short walk from The Cottage. You can also rent a kayak, paddleboard or jet ski at this waterfront Tiki Bar. The prestigious Daytona International Speedway and other event venues are just a short drive away. The celebrated oceanfront town of New Smyrna Beach, with specialty shops, dining and beach, is located 10 minutes south of the Cottage. Treat yourself to this perfect waterfront getaway!

Relaxing Birthday

The fourth or fifth time staying here, always a relaxing time. Always a clean house, clean pool quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking for our 3/4 ton truck. Great restaurants & shopping close by. We love the house so much we already booked for next year.

Quiet Neighborhood

Great location, and very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed staying at this Vrbo due to the location proximity to Daytona International Speedway for the Daytona 500. We had everything we needed and we would recommend to friends.

Perfect Vacation

My husband and I love going to Port Orange during Rockville in Daytona. The restaurants nearby are local, fresh, and friendly. The pool is spectacular, we loved the local home art and decor, and the shower is beautiful! 10/10

Excellent place

The house had all the amenities needed for cooking and grilling out. The house was very clean and spacius. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners Eric and Rebecca are quick to respond with any question's.

Coquina cottage

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood. Near the beach and many waterfront restaurants. Home was as advertised with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable.

Weekend Getaway

The cottage was exactly as pictured. Comfortable bedding, all necessities included. Pool and backyard were quaint for relaxation and some fishing. Perfect for our getaway weekend!

Relaxing getaway near the water

House is the perfect getaway. So quiet and close to everything! One of the best homes we have stayed in. Pool was the perfect size, water was warm. We can’t say enough about how accommodating the house is. If we have the opportunity we will definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

My husband and I rented this home and loved everything about it. We were close to everything, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. The house was very well stocked, very clean, and very relaxing. We look forward to coming back.

Great place!

Great location for boating, easy access to Intercoastal, around 2' of water at low tide. Plenty of room for boat trailer. House is very comfortable and nicely equipped. Nothing negative to say!

Fun Rental

The rental was better than what we expected when got there, we knew we were booking a great house but when we were there the place looks even better in person. The pool was really fun for our party to the point it was hard to leave the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Coquina Cottage

Very nice house. We brought our boat from Cocoa Beach and left it at the dock at the house for our entire stay. Pool was great, house and property were excellent and exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again, actually I plan on staying there again.

Super Nice!

Wie got so we could take boat out, however starter died and holiday weekend was unsuccessful to get fixed. We made the best of our stay here. Was easy to do at this beautiful place. Rebecca was so kind as well and accomadating!

Wonderful experience

Great spot for two to four people. Place is beautiful and comfortable. Quiet area away from the crowds. Located on the city side of a river channel. Even the neighbors were nice. Manager communication was simple and precise. Will not hesitate to book again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Great vacation

This is the second time that my wife and I stayed here. The house is great, immaculate and comfortable. We arrived by boat from Cocoa Beach which is our second time doing that as well. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We a minor issue when we first arrived and the property owner took care of it in less then 15 minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. Will be staying there again.

Surprise get away

Brought my parents down for a surprise trip! We have no complaints. absolutely loved it and the location was perfect. Very peaceful. Plenty of outside space to relax. My favorite restaurant is right up the street which is hidden treasure walking distance or could take by a boat. Definitely be coming back with my husband.

Peaceful

We had the best time! The natural sunlight throughout the house was wonderful, never had to turn a light on until nighttime. Bed and pillows, so comfortable and the couch as well. We were so excited to have a pool to ourselves. We watched fish jump up from the canal at night, my husband even seen a crab. It was a wonderful weekend and plan to stay again.

We enjoyed our time here. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the home it was so cozy, like a home away from home. I didn’t want to leave. The bathroom is so beautiful. We absolutely loved it!! Beautiful home!!
