Welcome to Unit #330 at Sugar Beach Resort, Your private oceanfront oasis! The unit is in the Front row, literally 50 feet from the Ocean. Come enjoy the 180 Degree Panoramic Pacific views with winter time whale sightings right from your Lanai. The sunsets are memorable from here! The unit is well equipped and recently remodeled.

Sugar Beach is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddle or boogie boarding. The Resort offers a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean and a children's wading pool. There is a golf putting green, a well-maintained gas barbecue area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's “Sandwich” and Bar and an on-site Massage. Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice (A Maui Must) and an ABC Convenience store are about a five minute walk down the beach.

We couldn't have asked for a better place. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Everything was clean and well organized. Actually, we didn't want to leave. The view is amazing and romantic. The bed was very comfortable. I worry making reservations online but this booking was a rare find. This was our first visit to Hawaii and it didn't disappoint. I will definitely book this beautiful condo if we ever get the opportunity to visit again.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Better than description. So well stocked. Kitchen appliances, utensils, pans, glasses, etc all GREAT. The view was so relaxing, we lived on the lanai all morning with coffee. Loved the Ninja coffee pot! Greg was a good communicator and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely fabulous condo! Location central for all island sites. Beautiful sandy beach to walk on, steps away. Loved sitting on lanai drinking coffee and watching the Outrigger Canoe Club. Very clean, great AC, has everything you need to cook, beds comfortable . Communication with owner and local manager A plus from booking to departure. Fulfilled all my expectations. One thing that could be made more clear is that you need to check in at the Sugar Beach Resort office to obtain a parking pass. Mahalo for an amazing peaceful stay away from the crowds and big resorts.

Greg is a super helpful host. We loved our stay at Sugar Beach. We explored the whole island and loved its central location! We stayed at the end of June in 2026 and had beautiful weather. We met lots of wonderful people and had some amazing adventures. Sad to say I highly recommend this place because it will probably be tougher to book next time if we are able to swing another trip. The beach right out front of the condo is long and perfect for walking on. Loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings with coffee watching the waves and canoes. We feel totally blessed. This trip was truly special. The bed was comfortable, the TV stayed off (on purpose), the pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind at night after the sun set. We made use of the in unit washer and dryer. And as a side note Gretchen at Dina’s Sandwitch shop found on the resort property makes terrific drinks if that’s something you are looking for.

It was a great place to stay! We loved the location and the beautiful ocean view. Kids were very loud but that was not the properties fault.We utilized the wonderful grills by the pool area. Felt safe all the time. We even slept with the patio door open to sleep to the sound of the waves. That was my favorite! We will definetly stay here again! Greg had beach chairs and beach towels and a cooler which was really nice!
