Enjoyable ocean front condo

Very enjoyable, very quiet, very accessible to All we need for a vacation. Will be booking again in the near future We were at sugar beach 2023 and 2024.

Excellent waterfront property

Our stay was amazing especially watching the whales from our lanai. The view was great!! The condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!

We encountered a minor issue upon arrival, but the host addressed it immediately, and the rest of our stay was flawless. This condo is well-appointed, comfortable, and the location is ideal for sunsets, relaxation, and quiet. We have stayed at this resort several times and have found this to be our favorite condo so far. We were distracted only by whales from the lanai as we worked at the table (it was a working vacation). We would love to return to this condo in the future.

The location is perfect in every way. The view from the condo is perfect. The condo is just the right size for 2. Plenty of everything in the condo. The beach is like it’s our own. We go at Christmastime and trust me every other beach is packed. Sugar beach is perfect and quiet. So important to me and my husband. Will always revisit this place. Thank you for offer your condo Greg.

Perfect place!

2nd time at Greg’s place. Everything you need is there. The location is the best with beach and beautiful sunsets every night. Hoping to be back again!

Beautiful View

We’ve been to this resort several times and really enjoyed our stay here. Greg was great to communicate with and on top of sending all information ahead of time. Beautiful views from the Lanai and an opportunity to see a lot of whales.

Oasis in maui

We love this place! I stayed here with my sister and came back two months later with my daughter. The location is great, pool and hot tub and beach access is easy and beautiful. We could see whales in February. We will be back!!

It's all about the VIEW!

This condo is so close to the ocean/beach with an amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed walks every morning on the soft sand. Be sure to visit the Sugar Beach Bake Shop a short walk away. Kihei is close for dining and grocery options. This trip was our second to the Sugar Beach Resort and we will be back.

awsome view...very comfortable with great ammenities..... bed was very comfortable..well equipped kitchen..parking..registration unit manager Marco was wonderful...would definitely stay again,,sugar beach is the only place to stay on Maui

Lovely Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was well stocked and clean. Although we did have to rent Tommy Bahama chairs, they were available at a local shop for a reasonable price. But, really appreciated the beach umbrella that was supplied for those really hot days! Greg was very hospitable, attentive and responsive.
