Don't miss this beautiful unit at Sugar Beach. Direct Oceanfront gorgeous unit that will take your breath away. One of the best units at Sugar Beach with it's sweeping ocean views and views of the harbor. Watch the whales as they frolic and play right from your own balcony or enjoy the lazy turtles swimming by. Top luxury finishes will make you feel right at home. This is one of those units you will want to visit over and over again. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa,TV and central AC for your comfort. Book now and for the future. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Amenities include Heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, putting green, onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbecue facilities also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip or to rent you a stand up paddle board. Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.

Nearby the Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

If you have any questions, please let us know.
Due to new ownership, some living room furniture has been updated, including a brand new sofa bed as of May 2024, the bedroom is unchanged.

The view was fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck! The apartment was clean and as the pictures looked. It was nice to have the beach chairs, towels, and cooler provided to use. Parking was also very easy.

The unit was nicely renovated, well equipped and had everything we needed. Its on the top floor with a spectacular view. The instructions provided by the property management company were very good and we had no problems entering the unit when we arrived. There are beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. The complex is maintained very well!

The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Sunsets are always memorable. The location is perfect as well. Morning beach walks to Sugar Beach Bakery are a must!

This penthouse condo is perfect for two people. My husband and I stayed for six nights and were very comfortable! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai and cocktails in the evening taking in the beautiful views and the sound of the waves. Several rainbows visible from the lanai came out during our stay too! The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you like to have some meals in, you have everything you need to cook. The bed is very comfortable! It’s nice to have the washer and dryer. And it was also a nice perk to have beach chairs, towels, and a cooler provided. We used all of these things on our travels around the island. The condo is nicely appointed all around. Our only complaint would be that the furniture on the lanai is not very comfortable. It is all wood and the little table is not very stable. We almost spilled drinks several times. The property in general is very nice and clean and with easy beach access. We did a lot of walking on the beach and body surfing just out the front door and down the steps. Beach is clean and quiet. Highly recommend the little sandwich shop and bar near the property - great happy hour Mai Tai! The condo complex is also within walking distance to Sugar Beach bake shop, Ulani’s shaved ice, an ABC store, and a lovely little farmers market. We would stay here again. We already miss it! I just hope they get some better furniture for the lanai.

The view from this condo was incredible. We saw whales and had incredible sunsets without having to go anywhere. It was so nice to have direct access to Sugar Beach-to take walks, enjoy the view and sit and soak it in. The coolers, towels and chairs were very handy and much appreciated. We also liked the convenience of Dina's Sandwitches on site - great food. Would love to see a few more upgrades to the place like a new microwave and more/new glasses, silverware & kitchen supplies.
