Although we prefer an on beach location we chose this because of the amount of people we had. The layout was quite different but easy to navigate and very clean. No neighbor noises which was great. The pool was way too small and not very clean but the condo itself was great and less than 5 min from the sand!

Everything was good. The only problem is some of the pictures they need to update. The 2nd and 3rd floor balcony picture is an old picture. The pine trees need to be cut down so you have a little better view. They’re very over grown.

The photos in our listing do show the trees adjacent to the balcony, but landscaping can naturally change over time as trees continue to grow. Unfortunately, the surrounding vegetation is maintained by the property, so trimming or removal isn't something we're able to control. We had a great stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The elevator was very nice for my mother who has mobility issues. Perfect location, just one block from a very quiet beach.

Beautiful property in a great location, very secure. Was a little upset about a protective westher insurance package I purchased and then it was cancelled the day before arrival…and it rained! Found out the Host with VRBO had no knowledge of this and had recommended that these services should not be advertised because they are not guaranteed thru VRBO. Still had a fantastic time in a beautiful property! Will rent this unit again later this summer.

PCB VRBO stay

Overall, everything was really good. The only issues we had was the air conditioner did not work on the lower level until Monday and on the day before we left we discovered a pretty large cockroach in the downstairs bedroom.

Really just a short walk to the beach

This turned out to be a great stay. I didn’t realize at first that it was three floors and a loft but having an elevator available for my elderly parents saved the day! Loved having the beach cart and so many beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc) available to us during our stay.

Birthday vacation

We came for my daughter’s 25th bday and vacation. Professional and easy communication, clean house, easy access to beach, plenary of room! I would have loved the elevator, though. Haha

Great vacation!

The property was nice! There were some stains on the carpet and couches, but it was clean otherwise. We had some minor issues upon arrival but Book It took care of them very quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this property and Book It.

Fantastic location and great condo. We had 8 family members ranging from 15 to 82, and everyone settled in well. The elevator was a great asset, especially for family with mobility issues. The management company responded quickly and were very friendly with our questions. Publix is only a few minutes away, and so many activities within a short drive. Shell Island and Rosemary Beach are must see activities for everyone.We will definitely use this location and management company again in the future. Thank you for providing a great location for family to gather.

Excellent property!

We came from Missouri and stayed for a week with 4 teens and 4 adults. The place was perfect for our group. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, including a new gas BBQ grill and a bunch of beach chairs, a wagon and even coolers. Our code that we were provided didn't originally didn't work, so I had to spend some time on the phone with the property manager, but we got it figure out pretty quickly and enjoyed the rest of our stay very much! We will definitely come back to this area and would stay at this exact place again!

Great beach house!

We had a great time at this beach house in PCB! We loved having so much room and the elevator was great since one of our group broke her foot! The kitchen need some updates-oven door wouldn't stay closed so the top got super hot. They need to replace nonstick skillets and get some more utensils. That being said it's a fantastic house!! We will return for sure!

Everything was good. Just the beds found hairs and sheets were dirty. And the grill didn’t work very old has to buy my own fryer and propane Beside that every else was amazing. Thank you for everything

Beware roaches!!

The place was nice but roaches everywhere! We called as soon as we got there and was assured of a work order being placed but we never saw anyone for 7 days. We kept everything in the refrigerator.., otherwise roaches were all at any food left out!! The biggest one was in the bathroom! This place cost 3500.00 for 1 week stay… I expected better for this price.

SunnySideUp's Oven was not operable

The Kitchen Oven was not operable because the main oven door would not close and it was in that condition when we checked in and we gave immediate notice to the Host about it. Followed up with Host but no one ever came to fix it. So, not being able to cook any meals in the oven as we planned, we left after 4 nights instead of staying the 6 nights we booked. My guess is that the oven door was not fixable, and the owner decided not to replace the oven. Makes you wonder what would happen if the HVAC unit or some other major appliance stopped working. We were refunded 1 night's rent, but should have been 2 nights in my opinion as we left by 11:35am the 5th day.

Perfect location, but not set up for families

The location of this place was perfect. The walk to the beach was very very short, and access was very easy. A few check-in bumps got us off to a rocky start:1.) We had to do a physical check-in at their office that was a 30 minute drive (one way) from the condo. I've never had this with a short term rental.2.) The code for the gated community was not working. Thankfully, another person staying on the property let us through, but we had to call the property manager's emergency line (we couldn't get through for to the regular line) to get a new code sent to us. They were prompt in assistance.The property itself was very clean. Probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in, so I really appreciated that! Again, the location was perfect. Areas we were disappointed in: 1.) There was nowhere to sit outside together as a family. We ended up using some old scrap wood and saw horses in the garage to assemble a makeshift table in the garage. 2.) The kitchen is on the THIRD floor of the condo. There is an elevator, which helps, but grilling outside and eating in the garage was a chore. There is not much room in the kitchen, so this was our only option to eat together. 3.) The bedroom locations are not ideal if you have children along and need to use every bed. Thankfully we had walkie talkies along and actually utilized those to communicate, with our young kids two floors above us.Unfortunately, we won't stay again due to layout.

Sunny Side Up

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome! The location couldn't have been better! It was ateps across the street from the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy morning walks, sunsets with our family, and quick trips back and forth throughout the day. We also loved being close to 30A, with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and all the charm the area has to offer, while still enjoying the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere of Sunnyside/Panama City Beach. The townhome was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. It felt like a perfect home base for both beach days and exploring the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
