Hands down one of the best properties we have stayed at. We couldn’t have asked for better. Communication was great, check in was easy. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Location is awesome and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful property and home, very clean and really great access to the pool and really short walk to the beach, the location is also really nice , outside of the busy pcb area but very close to 30a area so going either way is convenient , owner is very responsive and helped with suggestions for places to eat etc… we plan to come back! My wife and kids thought it was the best property we have rented so far in the area.

The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and well-stocked. It was also very quiet. The beach access was great, too.

What a lovely house and great host! So many extra little touches like plenty of dish soap and paper products were greatly appreciated. Beach chairs set up every morning made the short walk to the beach even easier. Comfy beds, nice showers, well equipped kitchen, beautiful decor-we will definitely make Sea Otter our new beach destination!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the large balconies off two of the bedrooms, they were the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. The chair service provided was amazing! They had the chairs set up right in front of the entrance to the beach so no need to get up early and try to save a good spot, it’s already done for you! The fenced-in outdoor porch was a great gathering space for our family to relax and grill in the evenings. The gated community was beautiful, quiet, and made us feel very safe. The host was great with communication and easy to talk to. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Perfect home away from home !

Loved our stay! Very close walk to the pool and beach. Wonderful neighborhood. So nice to hv beach chairs awaiting us at the beach daily. The condo was perfect for our family of 6!!

Wonderful Fall Break

Everything from the communication before arriving to helpful tips for the stay was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this convenient location. It's close enough to "the action" of Pier Park without being in the middle of it all. This was our third stay in this beautiful home and we greatly appreciated the beach service this trip!

We loved everything about this beach house. The neighborhood was perfect and proximity to the ocean is just what we wanted. We will definitely come back to the Sea Otter.

The house was perfect for our family of six. There were extra fans, blankets, towels and even a baby gate. We were spoiled and won’t want to go anywhere else. Everyone had their own space and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location

We absolutely loved this home. It was close enough to PCB but not too close. It’s in a quite neighborhood and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. We look forward to booking this home again for our next PCB trip!

Family Fall Break

This is the second stay at this location for us. It is a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, and a beautiful place to rest and hang out. The check in and check out procedure are as easy at it gets. We are thankful for this find and have the best beach vacays while there!

Awesome

Everything was wonderful, bed was soooo comfortable. Great location for beach. So nice to just walk and not have to drive. Grandchildren loved their space and adults loved all the outdoor spaces as well. You can’t go wrong staying here. 5 stars for every aspect.

Nice and Private

We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a place that had the space we needed and able to drive up to the front door for the grandparents. I wish the bunk room was upstairs so the grandparents didn't have to go up the stairs but it wasn't that bad.

Beach Paradise

We had an excellent stay at Matt & Stacey’s property. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and so close to private beach access. Little details including portable crib made for easy bedtime with a little one who is used to routine. We will definitely return next time we come to Florida. Host had great communication as well.

We bought this home in 2018 after much debate on where to buy. This is one of the best neighborhoods in PCB. We love this neighborhood since it is very quiet with a lot of privacy. It is close to 30A but without the crowds. We both work full time and live in Winchester, TN. So this is our home away from home that we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Quiet neighborhood, you can walk the circle at night with no worries!
