Enter your paradise dream home with stunning views and privately nested away from the big city noise. You'll be staying in our large three bedrooms and three baths secluded retreat with a large terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The home's rooftop deck on the third floor offers a panoramic and open observatory which is great for catching rays, watching sunrises, sunsets and shooting stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
The upstair's portion is the main floor of the home that features the following: 1 King Master Suite with its own bathroom, 1 Guest Bedroom with 1 Full Bed and Bunk Bed with 2 Twins, 1 Full Bath in the Hall, Fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room area. The downstair's portion has a room with a queen bed, a full bath and a living room overlooking the pool and the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean & well-equipped. Beds were comfy and plenty of linens towels provided. The views from the deck were unbeatable! Hosts were kind & quick to respond. We’d absolutely stay again.

House and pool were awesome. Plenty of room and pool was spacious. Only thing was the sargassum was pretty bad this time of year. We did not know that! Other than that it was pretty awesome.

We had rented this house from previous owner 5 years ago and enjoyed it, so we thought that be nice to go back. House is really great! But I have to agree with Valerie H, in her review of July of 2025 about the SARGASSUM grass is something that needs to be considered. Her pictures are totally accurate of what it was like during our stay and her comments on the smell is from leaching hydrogen sulfide from the rotting grass and hits you anytime you are outside. We did not go in the ocean at all, and we read on-line of the risk/dangers of walking thru the rotting grass. But this rotting grass issue should be expected anywhere, on east coast of the lower keys, and not unique to this property. You might find some beach areas where they had machines that have cleaned up as best they can, they were working on them in Key West. Overall GREAT house but be AWARE of the SARGASSUM issues.

Beautiful location, relaxing space

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The owner was easy to talk to and very responsive when we needed something. The pool is amazing and we used it for many hours every day. Great locations for eating out and activities but not too busy like other keys.

Ask questions before you go! The house was nice. Just not worth the price if you can’t use the amenities that were promised. We arrived at this property and it was full of sargassum and the smell was something I have never smelled. It smelled like death. We asked for a refund and the owner refused and would not negotiate. We were promised a beautiful ocean view. The ocean was filled with a smelly weed that made it almost impossible to be outside. We booked this house for the amenities and were not able to do anything we had planned. Beware of this owner! He will be pleasant as long as everything goes his way! Also, the owner showed up to the property posing as someone else and never introduced himself as the owner! Dirty!!!

Wonderful vacation

We all had a fantastic time, just taking it easy with the wonderful views and comfy surroundings. The house had everything we needed and more for a fabulous relaxing week. We loved it.

Just what we needed!

The house had everything we needed and you cannot beat the view! The owners were very accommodating and kind. There are many things to do near by. We enjoyed lounging by the pool with the view! The nightly bonfires were so nice! 🥰 we def will be back!

The house was very clean and well stocked. Communication was wonderful, he even installed a TV in the master bedroom when I realized there wasn’t one. The pool was large and clean. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the outdoors due to the horrendous smell of the sargassum. We have never visited the area and had no idea the tide would go out probably at least 300ft during low tide and the bottom was a mucky mess without the sea grass. We watched the guests next door go out on a kayak but before they returned, the tide was so low they struggled nearly an hour trying to get the kayak back to shore. Even without the sea grass, I don’t believe the view would have been as inviting as we had hoped. When the tide was high, the view was great. We are from Florida, so we’re aware of sargassum, just never experienced it quite like this. It’s the first vacation I’ve been on that we were trying to figure out where to go instead of enjoying the home as intended. It was a reasonable price in comparison to other homes, but still overpriced since we were unable to enjoy what we came for. We ended up getting a room in Key West which was the highlight of our trip. I would definitely come back at a different time of the year. The host and home were great.

Amazing Home and Views

We were amazed the minute we arrived. The house is beautiful with lots of windows and balconies to enjoy the most amazing views. The home is stylishly decorated and there was more than enough room for our family of 10. The downstairs suite (living room and bedroom/bathroom) was a perfect little retreat so we could spend private time too, We had our children and grandchildren staying with us and everyone had a fantastic time. We're already trying to plan a trip back.. We spent the days in the pool soaking up the sun and breezes on the Atlantic. The rooftop was great for star gazing too. Hosts were available whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back.

Majestic pool and great home!!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how perfect everything was. The house itself is spacious, stylish, and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home.The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool – it’s massive, crystal-clear, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim on a warm day. We spent hours in the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was truly an oasis!Location-wise, this house couldn’t have been better. It’s tucked away in a picturesque area, yet it’s still close to everything we wanted to explore – shops, restaurants, and local attractions were just a short drive away.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house provided everything we needed and more. We’re already planning our next visit and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Five stars all around!

Beautiful home and location

This house was perfect for our family! Family of 4 in the “kids bunk” room, grandma and grandpa in the king master room and in laws in the downstairs apartment. Pool was awesome and the beach was beautiful! My personal happy place was the longe chair under the pom trees pool side! And rooftop sunsets.

Beautiful location!

We had a great stay at Says by the Sea. We were there with our family for 10 days and really loved the location and property. The owners were excellent to communicate with and left us some treats to welcome us to their place. Everything was very clean and well stocked. It was great to have the kayaks available and the pool was a complete hit with all of our family (kids ages 12-19). The rooftop was great for both sunset watching and stargazing. The location was quiet and low key - which was perfect. It was nice to be centrally located in the keys. We loved this place and would recommend.

Magnificent Rental

Of all the homes we have rented and stayed, this by far was the most amazing! The home is welcoming, clean, spacious and beautiful. Our hosts knew we were coming down to get married and blend our family. Upon our arrival, they had a welcome sign for us as well as a Mr. & Mrs. Coffee mugs wedding gift. Everything was perfect. I could not leave one negative on this location or host. Highly recommend and would be so happy to return.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at this house. Owner thought of a lot of the “little” details when thinking about what guests may need during the stay. Even has a s’mores package ready for bonfire at beach.

Really nice place on the water

Thank you so much for sharing your home! We had a great time. It's conveniently located just a short drive to everything. The kids loved the pool, ping pong, and sandy Beach. Lots of room for everyone!
