Villa Marlin - New Home for the Perfect Family Vacation in the Florida Keys
Spacious house, newly built with a private outdoor pool in the beautiful Florida Keys. This is the perfect location for boating enthusiasts. There is space for both parking and boat trailer, and it is conveniently situated near the exclusive ramp. Breath-taking backyard with all games necessary to guarantee a fun time. House is equipt with all the necessities to feel as if it was your home, both internally and externally.
All rooms have a TV with ESPN + and Netflix. Another TV is placed in the downstairs area to enjoy while in the pool or in the game area.
The ramp is a block away (30-second drive or 1-minute walk), leads to the Gulf of Mexico, and 10 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean.
A pool heater is provided for free for renters during the Winter. Outside pool shower included.
Barbecue gas is provided (always) downstairs to facilitate family time. A Ceramic Komodo grill is also available at all times. Gas propane tank for fire pit are available but must be refilled by guest.
Games included are corn hole, domino table, billiard table, and more. For sunset lovers, bikes are provided for a stroll down beautiful Marathon, Fl.
Gym amenities such as a treadmill, X-climber, and stationary bike are provided as part of the downstairs entertainment.
Cameras are placed outside the home for your safety. No smoking or dogs, please.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous. we enjoyed touring the keys but we also enjoyed our relax days by the pool. we utilized the outdoor kitchen a lot. The pool table and corn hole was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. The outdoor kitchen and activity area was perfect!The pool was pristine, the whole property was spotless and beautifully decorated. Jonathan was responsive to all questions. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! We will returning.

Spring Break Family Vacation
We loved the property, kids had an amazing time in the backyard and swimming in the pool. The house was a extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place for families
Amazing place. Perfect for our 6 adult kids and their significant others. Loved the pool and the outside grill !!! No one wanted to come home.

Backyard Living!
Our family of 7 stayed for a week on spring break. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and beautiful backyard. Super clean house and everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent get away
Everything was excellent very clean. outdoor kitchen and great pool. Inside kitchen bedrooms everything exceptional beautiful house. Everyone enjoyed the stay close to everything. Highly recommend.

Incredible!
The pictures and descriptions do not do this house justice. The outdoor space was amazing and there was something for everyone to do. We loved the outdoor kitchen and had many meals out there. It's an easy drive to Sombrero Beach and lots of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!
The pictures don’t do this house justice-it was beautiful! The outside area was amazing and we loved cooking at the outdoor kitchen and using the pool. Jonathan was a great host. We appreciated the thoughtful card and welcome gift. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

Family vacation
The house was well cleaned and ready on our arrival. Everything was as expected or better. The large backyard was a great place for us to spend time together as a family. We enjoyed our trip!
