We loved the house and all the amenities. Only issue was the hot tub was not working. The host was very responsive to all of my inquiries. All in all we had a great time.

Went down for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and lovely property. The house featured a lot of amenities and the pool was great.

It’s a great house in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We really liked the pool and hot tub. Being on the canal was great and we were visited by a manatee!

We loved the place! Very great set up for two families! The pool was great and the back patio space was beautiful! Our only complaints were the listing makes it seem like there’s nothing across the canal from you and there is a row of houses. Also the hot tub was very dirty and we couldn’t use it. The pool people did come as soon as I asked but it wasn’t fixed in time for us to use. All in all it was a great vacation and the location was perfect!

Fantastic Vacation

We just stayed at this property for a week. We’ve been coming to the Sombrero Beach area for years now and absolutely love. This place checked all of the boxes for us and we had the best time. We even had some manatee visitors at the end of the dock one afternoon! Our kids loved seeing them. Also, the property management company was very responsive for any questions or needs that came up.

Good stay

Place was not left thoroughly clean. Trash in trash cans, especially kitchen trash can. No serving bowls for dinner. Other than that. All was good.

House is in not in the best shape. Drawers broken, smoke detectors broken, mold on bathroom ceilings. House is good but expected it to be much nicer for the money we spent. We typically stay in Marathon twice a year for a week but had an additional couple so needed a bigger house. I probably would not rent this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is in an excellent location. Close to stores and Sombrero beach. It was very hot outside during our stay so the pool was nice to have as well as a cold ac! We had a boat so the dock was great and a short distance to open water. The house had everything we needed including kitchen tools, plenty of towels and linens, lots of parking and room to play. It was clean and the host communicated well.

We received detailed check-in instructions a few days before our arrival, which made the process very easy. We arrived around 11:30 PM, and picking up our packet and finding the house was simple and stress-free.The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a great outdoor area that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The bunk beds were surprisingly spacious—larger than a standard full-size bed and closer to queen-size in comfort.One of our favorite amenities was the ice machine. Since we were deep-sea fishing every day, having a steady supply of ice saved us from making daily trips to the store. The pool was also perfect—just the right temperature and a great place to rinse off, relax, and unwind after a long day on the water.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
