This modern beach front penthouse is located on the 3rd and 4th floor, of Aqualina Beach Club. A gated residence, situated directly, on picturesque Simpson Bay Beach. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms with private terraces & ensuite baths on the 3rd floor and the master bedroom and private ensuite bedroom of the 4th floor.
The Main bedroom has stunning views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea and the guest room looks out over Simpson bay Village & the Lagoon. The master bathroom has a Hydrotherapy AirMasseur tub and large walk in shower with double massage shower heads. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower. The tastefully appointed living room opens out to a large sea view terrace with lounge chairs and a dining area for 8! The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Perfect for at home meals! The laundry room has a washer and a dryer. The condo is fully air conditioned and has fans throughout.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the common areas of the residence. The underground parking has 1 assigned spot for the condo.
