This home consists of 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths, two car garage, and a large rooftop. First floor has a custom built queen over queen bunk bed and full en suite bath. Second floor has a half bath, living, kitchen, and dining area, third floor has a queen over queen custom built bunk bed with full bath, and a king master bedroom with en suite bath. Rooftop is located on the fourth floor. Guests will have access to all the house has to offer: expansive rooftop with downtown views, chef's kitchen including wine fridges, wolf and sub zero appliances stocked with the necessities, laundry, wifi, smart tvs' etc. Walk to some of Nashville's finest dining and nightlife right next door including Bastion, hemingways, flamingo cocktail lounge, and more.

Beautiful, Rustic Feel

This home was beautiful and very well maintained, very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Not many restaurants within walking distance, but it is very easy and affordable to get Uber drivers. It is in an area that is in the process of being developed. Therefore, my only downside to this house is the construction. The two streets that surround this property are closed - our Uber driver could not get onto the street, we had to walk to the house with our luggage. Each day we had to walk to the corner to meet our Uber driver due to the roads being closed. They promptly begin construction at 7am so sleeping in is not an option unless you are a heavy sleeper. Despite the construction, which is temporary, I would recommend this house as a great place to stay if visiting Nashville.

Trendy, clean, luxurious home

This luxurious home was perfect for our family’s getaway. My older daughters enjoyed live jazz in walking distance and we all enjoyed fancy coffee also in walking distance. This was a great base to explore outside of the interesting neighborhood too. The homeowners covered all the bases of comfort and luxury and the kitchen seating area was exceptionally well designed for comfortable conversations.

Great stay!

The property was great! So beautiful inside with great decor. The rooftop was amazing with fantastic views. The kitchen was perfect. A lot of stairs and a bit of a walk to downtown but other than that a wonderful place!

Stayed here for a girls trip to Nashville and it was such a fun theme, was close to everything and worked so well for the number of people we had!

Clean and convenient

Clean and nice place to stay. Downtown was not a far drive. Americano lounge has great coffee just a block away. Diceys has great pizza and bartenders that is not a far walk.
