Family Home Downtown Nashville - Sleeps 10

Our family home is located in Hope Gardens, a beautiful urban neighborhood within walking distance to the Farmer's Market, The TN State Museum (free to the public!), Bicentennial Park, Germantown (& it's many amazing restaurants), North Gulch, Nashville Sounds ballpark & more! About 1 mile from downtown!

Our home is the perfect spot to call home while you are visiting Nashville.
It is a two story, four bedroom home with an open concept living, dining & kitchen area. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a meal at home but close enough to walk to some of Nashville's best restaurants & coffee shops. Living room has a large flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix & a BluRay DVD player. There is a bedroom with king size bed and a full bath on the first floor.

There are three additional bedrooms and a second full bath on the second floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, a desk & TV.

Pack 'n play & air mattress are available, upon request.

Outside, you'll enjoy a covered dining area that seats 10 along with a sunny rear deck and fully fenced in yard.

Pets are permitted with approval. Contact us for details about our pet fee before you book. If you bring a pet without prior approval, you will be charged a $200 pet fee per pet.

Check out instructions are in the guest folder & should be followed to avoid additional cleaning fees. Guests who do not follow check out instructions & leave a mess will be required to pay for additional cleaning services.

We all loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Only one slight negative was that we felt it could have benefited from an outside light for the rear deck steps.

Location is just right. Not to close to hear the noise but close enough to take your morning walk to grab a coffee, something to eat at the Farmers Market. Even close enough if you feel like going for your morning run to Broadway, a little less than 2 miles one way.

It was in a great area - Farmers Market was visited several times and the easy access to central Nashville was a bonus. The amenities available in the house were everything we needed - coffee and tea receptacles were used extensively. The beds were comfortable! Overall a great experience.

Great location for families

We had a great time at this home. It was close to everything including the core of downtown, great food and local attractions. Being able to walk to the TN State Museum and Farmers Market was a great family activity.

Perfect for our family

We really enjoyed our stay here and commented several times to ourselves how well this home was setup for our young family. Would definitely stay here again if back in the Nashville area.

Great place, very clean in a great location. We loved that it was walkable to the Farmers Market, Old Town Trolley, Sounds games and restaurants in Germantown. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals on the patio. I especially enjoyed the library.

Nashville Stay

The property was close to downtown, in a nice neighborhood, and had great indoor and outdoor space. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. Will stay here again for sure!

Loved: Location - walking distance to so many things! (Bi-centennial park, farmer's market, First Horizon Park, grocery store, Broadway (35 mins). Felt safe everywhere we walked though we were only out during daylight/early evening hours.House: very comfortable for our multi-generation family of 8. Though the house says it can sleep 10 there is no pull out bed in the living room, just the couch itself to sleep on. Our 11 year old did fine on the couch with an extra set of sheets. The rest of the beds were comfortable albeit squeaky along with the the upstairs floors. The house is well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pots and pans are getting older but there are plenty. You can tell the owners want their guests to be comfortable and to have a good time. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Great spring break stay

Property was just right for our family and small dog. Walked to farmers market and nearby restaurants, and short drive to music, shopping, sightseeing, and area universities. Owners were helpful and responsive.

We have our kids and grandkids all over the country. We used our stay in Nashville for our yearly get together. We have young grandkids which enjoyed all the toys and books greatly. There was a big Keurig coffee selection when we arrived. The house was cosy. It's location very close to downtown and in walking distance of the capital and the farmer's market. We ate out and sometimes cooked our meals ourselves. The house has a gas kitchen stove with oven and all the pots and pans you would need. It also features a full size fridge and freezer drawer. The beds were good. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins). Downstairs there is 1 master bedroom (king). There is an upstairs and a downstairs full bathroom with shower and toilet and plenty towels. We had a great time! Moly, our hosts made sure we had the code on arrival and all her communications where friendly, efficient and to the point. I would highly recommend this house We had a wonderful 10 day stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

I visited with my husband, our parents, and our daughter. We had a great time, everything at the house was as described and it certainly was perfect for young children! Our daughter had so much fun playing with all the toys.
