This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, stand-alone 2600 sq foot vertical is located in the 12th and Archer Development. All bedrooms are ensuite and have new plush beds. The kitchen, dining, living areas, and bedrooms are fully furnished and well-equipped. The biggest draw to this property is the view from the rooftop with unobstructed 360-degree views. A quick $6 Uber or Lyft will take you to Nashville's hot spots including Lower Broadway, the Gulch, 12South, Edgehill Village, Melrose, and more.

Beautiful home with a great rooftop. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Gulch and a short ride to Broadway. Host was very responsive to our questions. It was everything we wanted, great girls weekend!

The Location was outstanding! We were within minutes of downtown and Broadway. Also, great views of downtown Nashville, especially from rooftop! The house needs a few repairs, but our host was on top of it.

Excellent location making both the Gulch area and Broadway very walkable. Plenty of room for 8 adults, and the rooftop was a great place to end each evening.

We were a group of 10 ranging from 21-50. Place was as described with plenty of room for all. The hit was the roof top deck. The adult kids loved hanging out on it. Location was convenient and we would stay there again.

We had a great stay in Nashville! The home was perfect for our group of 10. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the roof top deck. Also, communication was very easy with the property owner. We would definately book again!

We had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and suited our needs as we celebrated my daughter's birthday. I highly recommend this place because it's close to 12th avenue for shopping and Broadway.

Great place. Location is very good. We walked to the Gulch in 7-10 minutes. 5 minute Uber drive to Broadway. We had 10 adults stay there & had lots of room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom.

Cool house. Great location. Rooftop overlooking downtown is a great place to hang out. Best rooftop set up of any of the houses in the development. Property manager was engaged and made everything easy.
