If you are looking for a true beach vacation getaway directly on the beach of Hilton Head, this is the place for you . Amazing beach and ocean views and sounds of the waves from the living room and balcony of this villa. There are beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunrises to enjoy right from your balcony. You are just steps from one of the best sandy beaches on Hilton Head. This villa has a costal feel and beach decor throughout including an open floor plan, It has 1 bedroom and a pullout sofa. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. The villa has 1 full bath and a full size kitchen with all of the essentials. There is an elevator close to the villa entrance and a laundry room nearby the unit.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guests enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike rentals..

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

A short weekend away

We drove in from TN and were about an hour away for our nephew’s graduation from Marine Corps bootcamp, so we decided to maximize our time away instead of turning around and heading right back home. Both my husband and I have been to HHI, but it’s been a while. We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was perfect, so bright and sunny, and such a great view. Such a relaxing weekend away. Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. I hope we get a chance to come back soon.

Wonderful view enjoyed walks on beach close to Charleston and Savannah was able to visit both cities and see some history

Great Time

Everything was as advertised, beautiful views, easy beach access, plentiful parking, close to shopping, and entertainment, we cruised out of harbor town a couple times, 20 minute drive. Easy pool access etc. Only negative (not the oweners fault) not very disabled friendly, you do have to navigate a flight of stairs to get to the elevators.

Tropical Storm Debby

Overall the property was just ok. You can tell where the floor has had damage from water near the balcony doors. We were there for Tropical storm Debby and the doors to the condo on the balcony let wind and water into the condo. It is clear this has happened before but nothing was done to replace the door. The property manager was quick to respond. There was a musty smell in the condo as well

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly as described and just what we were looking for. The path to the beach was just at the bottom of the steps. (Easy access from the elevator as well)The view from the living room and balcony was beautiful. Would absolutely stay again!

Best Ocean Views

We had a great stay in the oceanfront condo. The views were amazing and the condo was clean. The decor was beachy and we have no complaints. It was a very fast skip over to the beach and the pool was around the corner.

Great beach getaway!

Perfect for the two of us to get away for a few days. Beautiful beachfront view, steps to the beach, and loved having the pool/Jamaica Joez for a quick break to get a bite/drink. We’ll be back!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay on Admirals Row. The place was clean. It was disappointing that there were not kitchen items like salt, pepper, and cooking spray. You hate to purchase those items when staying only 3 days and flying. Also the skillet and all pans were so high we had to stand on chair, there was no ladder. The door lock is tricky and doesn’t automatically lock so you have to check it. I had to ask for the checkout info and got it 1 hour before we left. A sheet of instructions and local information would have been helpful. Laundry info would have been good to know.

Very comfortable bungalow

We enjoyed our 2 weeks in this oceanfront unit which was a little smaller than we thought but was perfect for the 2 of us. Very comfortable bed, sofa, BarcaLounger type chair with a view of the sunrise every morning. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was helpful accommodating us as we needed a pass ($35 ) for my sister for the 2weeks who was renting nearby. It was perfect for our needs and we recommend this unit for any couple interested in it.

Christmas Vacation 2023

When we arrived on 12/23/23, after an 13 hour drive, it was so nice to relax with a clean well kept unit with an awesome view. We really enjoyed our stay and relaxing on our mini vacation. Tons of walks on the beach and sitting at the pool. Our Communications with our host was easy & perfect. It was very relaxing (:

Terrific Beach and Ocean View

Overall, our weekly rental was just what we were looking for. The space is pretty small but just right for the two of us for the week. We cooked breakfast most days but otherwise, didn't utilize the kitchen are a lot. The living-space and kitchen area were plenty of space and the view out of the sliding doors or from the balcony was really, really great. The extra door in the bathroom from the bedroom was a plus. It was not too busy in the complex but that is probably because of the time of year we booked. I'm sure the summers are very busy. All-in-all, and very pleasant and relaxing week.

Great views, close to the beach

This unit is on the 3rd floor on the end. There is an elevator to get up, but the stairs are easy. The unit had everything needed for us. The balcony looks right out to the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming and jumping while drinking our morning coffee. Great location, felt safe and nice kept grounds. Comfortable bed and couch and chair. The ocean sounds with the balcony door open we’re wonderful.

Wonderful view

Great view, easy to get to the beach. Perfect for a couple! My only complaint is that the patio furniture needs replacing. This is the best spot in the unit. We had to use the beach chairs as the barstools that are on the patio are wobbly and bent.

Perfect Family Vacation

The Villa location was ideal for our family of 3. The view was just as described. The beach was not crowded and the ocean was perfect. There was hardly anyone at the pool so we had plenty of room to play. The pizza place located at the resort was really good too. Our vacation was cut short due to the path of the hurricane coming in which cause riptide warnings and storm surge warnings. So we left out a day and a half early to not get caught in it. But we would have stayed the entire time because our little girl was so upset we had to leave and cried the night before we left. So you know she was really enjoying everything that the Villa and resort had to offer. We’re already planning to stay next year again!

TV Trouble!

The condo was fine and the view from the porch was awesome. The TV scrambled when we were trying to find athletic event when we arrived Monday afternoon. Pushed Guide function on TV thinking it would be a t.v. guide but it scrambled the channels and we could not recover. Called on Monday afternoon but no response till very late and then no help on Tuesday till late but was unable to fix so they got new TV on Wed but could not mount it so put it on Table. The inspector on site tried but was not knowlegeable enough to fix it. When they did get another T.V. we could not go to channel number directly but only up or down arrows. Seemed that they were trying but the entire thing started bad and did not get better. LSI seemed too busy at times to respond quickly. Also the floor in the shower was very bumpy an uncomfortable with the stone floor.

Great visit

The room is as advertised, view is great, this is an end unit so no neighbors to the left and it’s on 3rd of 4 floors. Room was neatly kept, smart tv was nice to have along with some cable channels as well. The pool is a short walk within the resort, we were visiting during the week so nothing was too crowded. We cooked breakfast/lunch in the room. The coffee maker is keurig, minimal pots/pans but that is to be expected. Overall, we had a great visit and would recommend.

Our Stay

Overall great, would go again ... and again. View was fantastic, HHB&T was very nice. Dishwasher was very small and cleaned marginally (rinse dishes well 1st). The black high top table on the porch was nice but hot enough to fry an egg on it from 12 noon to 3 PM. We recommend renting ... very well done.

Summer Fun

We had a multi-generational group consisting of my mother, my daughter and I. The location has sweeping views and a surprisingly comfortable pull-out. We had a blast laughing and eating our fill of seafood. I really appreciated the villa. It was just the right size for us. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Location

The view is great, the balcony is fairly private, due to being an end unit, and the walk to the beach short and convenient. The boardwalk goes all the way to the beach. Helpful to those who might have difficulty walking through dunes. This area is quiet and shopping requires a short drive but there are two restaurants on the property. Enjoyed our stay and could recommend to others. Would be definite 5 stars except for finding contractors in the room when returning from our car after first trip to begin loading, a good fifteen minutes before checkout time.

Anniversary getaway

We took a short little getaway to Hilton head beach for the first time. Condo was exactly as described. Literally steps to the water. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic

Being on 3rd floor at the end of the complex we had a fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and what we thought was the best room at the entire Hilton Head beach and Tennis resort. Very quiet, beds comfortable. Lots of extras toasters, coffee maker, etc.. 4 beach chairs (but 2 were in terrible condition), a cooler with a handle you could take to the beach. elevator and ramp on first floor to take luggage from your car. Restaurants on property were excellent. Of course the view was the best. 100 yards from beach. Two pools on property. We visited the smaller one which was a bit more quiet. We would stay here again and actually plan to in the future. We didnt do it but they had pickle ball courts, bikes to rent, and tennis. Never had a problem finding close parking outside the building. 5 Stars!!
