Make it a vacation to remember at this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front villa in one of the top Hilton Head locations.

Our 3rd floor ocean front 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation. This villa has stunning and calming ocean views from the double sized balcony. The unit is cozy and has a coastal feel. It has a Queen bed in the Master and a private master bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. The villa features a white and bright kitchen with quartz counter tops and a glass tiled backsplash. The floors are tiled throughout. Enjoy your own piece of paradise, Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the pool at Admiral Row or the second pool at the resort which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movie at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.

There are drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and a sports pub are located at conference center. Bike rentals right at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head, a workout room and playground. Washers and Dryers on site in building, and an elevator close by. This is a gated resort with 24-hour security and on-site check -in.

Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze trolly for public transportation at the entrance of the resort, and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.

Wonderful Property

We loved our ocean view and how close we were to the beach. The place was clean, quiet and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Communication from booking to check out was super easy!

Spectacular View

Great property with spectacular views of the ocean from inside the villa as well as the balcony. Liked the double balcony, spacious feel of the rooms, keyless entry, and with a great kitchen table for dining and games or puzzles. Will definitely check availability for this unit for our next trip to Hilton Head. Also, we like this location on the island.

Wedding

We went to Hilton Head Island for a family wedding. The property and the condo were just as described. We had a great time and look forward to vacationing there again.

Beautiful spot!

Such gorgeous ocean views! Great location, just a few steps to beach access! We loved it with our young kids. It was also very close to a small pool! Condo was a great size and updated kitchen. Kitchen well stocked and nice dining table. We would definitely stay here again! Our only comments are the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable but we still had a great stay!

Great Condo!

This condo is in a great location. Beautiful ocean views and a recently renovated kitchen. Everything was clean when we arrived and the check in/check out processes were super easy. This building has an elevator which was nice for moving around suitcases, coolers & beach gear. My only complaint was there was no beach chairs or supplies. Not the end of the world but we were a bit bummed since we were traveling from far and couldn’t bring our own. Luckily the condos other members in our party had some extra beach chairs and toys we could use.

Great vacation!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and we felt very safe on the resort. Security was visible throughout the day. The condo was just as described and was exactly what we needed. Dollies would be a huge improvement to Admirals Row. Parking is not guaranteed to be close to your unit. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay!

Hilton Head respite

Perfect place on the beach with a great view! This condo was very clean, well-decorated and well-equipped for an extremely enjoyable vacation. The boardwalk to the ocean was just a few feet away after exiting the elevator which made it so convenient. It was very quiet though it's within a multi-complex building. We will definitely be back!

HH Beach and Tennis Club

Very nice in all aspects - great location, wonderful amenities. Condo was quite nice, lovely view of the ocean from our Admirals Way unit. Only drawback was the bedrooms were located next to the hallway, without windows/doors that could be opened to enjoy the breeze and sound of the ocean, and quite dark as a result. Master bed also too soft for our taste. Otherwise very good. Definitely recommend!

Not fancy but good location

The location was good to the beach. The buildings and unit felt a little run down. The sliding glass door wouldn’t lock and when the balcony got wet the carpet was soggy.

Great location!

The condo was clean with an amazing ocean view! The location was ideal for us. My daughter is in a wheelchair. The building had a ramp to the 1st floor and an elevator. The boardwalk to the beach did not have any steps and it was a short walk.

Less than expected.

The furniture was dirty. Their was no tissue available. The screen to the sliding door was broken. The sheets were old, pilled and dirty and their were pillows without pillow cases. The bathroom was dirty and the towels provided were rough.

Beach getaway

perfect 4 day getaway for 2 beach loving friends. Condo small but perfect for us. Had everything we needed! Twin beds are tight in space and a bit small if you are a large adult. Thanks for a great stay.

Good for the cost

Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were small negative aspects that downgraded the experience. The location and views were great! It was nice having two bathrooms and the air conditioning worked very well. The negatives were a mysterious bag that said not to move it, broken locks on the front and back doors, extremely short shower heads, and a shortage of necessities provided (e.g., no hand soap and one bathroom ran out of toilet paper). This place is a good value but do not expect a luxury experience.

Great Location and view

Great location and view. Condo was immaculate. Staff at resort were friendly. Would have given condo a 5 but the queen bed was incredibly uncomfortable and noisy. Also, I know it is not included, but beach chairs would have been nice. Especially for people who fly to area. Paying this much for a condo in other resorts usually have beach accessories included.

Amazing View

This property was exactly as described, and the view did not disappoint! The location was perfect for our family (we like staying north on the island), super close to our favorite restaurants. The condo has plenty of space, and we would love to stay here again! Thanks for hosting us

Beautiful View

The view was beautiful and the property was very clean. Unfortunately, cooking was very difficult due to the lack of pans and utensils. We didn't have any trash bags at the property. The storage in the bathroom and second bedroom are lacking as well.

Great Trip

Easy check in, great ocean view and literally took 3 minutes to get to the beach from the room. The elevator made it really easy to get all the stuff down to the beach as well.
