You found a wonderful condo!! This has such a great view, comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach equipment! The condo is a 1 bedroom with open concept. It has been updated with very high end finishes and is extremely clean! It has everything you need for your stay! Just bring some beach towels and some groceries and you are set! The condo complex is ocean front and you are only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The complex offers a wonderful private pool area, an elevator, luggage carts, a beautiful cook out area with grills and tables! Every floor has it's own coin operated laundry for your use. You just can't go wrong with the condo or the complex! Is close to everything in Coligny, the beach, bike paths, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and the new Celebration Park that just opened!

Great stay in the mix of all the activities

Great location if you want to be on the beach and close to all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Seaside Villas II

This is a great property, well located, good ocean view, esy to get in and out. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The property mangers Lori and Scott are better than any I've ever worked with, I've never seen managers so eager to help and make something right if it isn't. I would definitely rent this again, or another of their properties!

Great little condo in the heart of town. Clean, updated and lovely. Check in was super easy and we were even able to extend our trip a day.

New Years trip

We came to Hilton Head to enjoy some down time at the end of the year. Forrest Beach is our favorite area and I always love staying at SeaSide. This condo had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and in walking distance of our favorite restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and its view. The beach is right there with an easy path to to access it. The property managers were very responsive and very friendly in their communications. We loved our trip and hope to return soon.

Great Vacation on HHI

My wife and I had a great time for the almost 6 weeks we spent on HHI. The two issues we had with the condo were taken care of immediately the hosts/owners were easy to deal with and made us feel very welcome.

Just What We Needed

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. The hosts were so gracious and went above and beyond to help us out. We'll definitely be back!

Great clean updated condo

This place was a great getaway for a weekend before my daughter goes back off to college. Very clean and updated. The beach chairs, umbrella and bikes were a great plus to our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The location was perfect and the complimentary bikes were a huge plus and super convenient. We didn’t use the car the entire time we were there. Check in/out was also quick and easy. Being able to walk to the beach and having lots of restaurants nearby made the whole experience that much better. Highly recommend!

Wow,this condo was more than what we expected. It had a beach view and can walk to the beach. The rooms were clean with a great kitchen. We enjoyed the vacation.

Awesome Condo

This condo is exactly as described by the owners and various other five-star reviews: fantastic location on the beach, clean, and well stocked. The umbrella and chairs were much appreciated. Bring your own shampoo and you’re good to go.

Great location!

Amazing location as close to the beach as you can get. Loved being able to walk on the paths to Coligny too! Only downside was the AC unit didn’t get the bedroom cool enough for our liking.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was wonderful. Everything is exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size for my husband and I for an anniversary trip. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we were not at the beach. It was a very easy walk to get to the beach. We would love to stay again!

Great Trip

The unit was exactly how described. Very clean and was perfect for my wife and I. It had everything we needed. Short walk to beach and close to Coligny plaza for shopping, dining and entertainment. We would definitely consider coming back. Great trip !!

Great Location

The condo had an updated interior, and the check-in process went as planned without any issues. Location is awesome with direct beach access and walking distance to the Coligny area. Condo is relatively small as advertised, so I wouldn't recommend for more than two people. Overall building feels tired and parking was a little challenging to find. Overall, it was good value for the price.

Fantastic Stay! HIGHLY recommended.

Clean, easy, walkable. Everything we could have asked for a great long weekend. Perfect stay for a couple. Just one tip: make sure you get your parking gate code in your email shortly before you stay. I was very confused when I pulled up to the gated community with no way of entering. It just turns out the code wasn’t sent as intended for some reason. Fortunately, people on the property were helpful and Lori was very responsive. We may make HHI a yearly trip and would EASILY stay here again!

Beach View

Everything was great. Checkin process was easy. Good view of the ocean and a close walk to the beach so we could catch sunrise/sunset and find some shells. Wish we could have ordered better weather during our short stay but it was still an amazing time. One small negative was that one of the cable remotes batteries were dead and we could get the TV in the living area to get the local station playing the playoff football game but it worked in the bedroom.

We have 4 adult children , 3 grandchildren and love to golf, boat and hit the beach when time allows! We are from Colorado but don't miss the snow! Love the weather and people here.

Is extremely well maintained and clean and you will receive the best in customer service! This is also near the new Celebration Park that will open in 2021!
